I dont eat at this Country Kitchen very often. I like the food just fine, but the service is usually sub-par. Today was terrible. I ordered an Aztec Quesadilla burger, which was fine. But, according to the menu it should have come with Cole slaw and a choice of sides. I didnt get any Cole slaw and only got a small portion of French fries. The server was far too interested in gossiping with the lady at the next booth to be bothered to come back and see how we were doing. We ended up asking the manager for a menu so we could see what the burger was supposed to come with. It should have come with Cole slaw and the "choice" that the server had made for me was "unlimited" fries. I am not sure how a tiny portion of fries can be called "unlimited". The only time the server stopped by the table was to give us our ticket and by this time we were finished eating. I did try to explain to the manager that I wasnt happy with the service and he did offer two dollars off the meal - but he did so with no real sympathy. It felt like this is just routine. I doubt Ill be returning.

We were immediately greeted upon entering the kitchen, promptly seated and offered a large spectrum of beverages. Their menu provided good descriptions of the food we were ordering, as well as reference images for the food. Our food was real, hearty and delicious. Coffee was also good, a lighter roast than most places. The employees were smiling and laughing with the customers and amongst themselves, and seemed to genuinely like working there. We have visited many breakfast joints around the area and this is our new favorite. We arrived around 7:45am, so this review is a general idea of what to expect for the morning hours. We have yet to try their lunch, but intend on returning to try it!

Holy cow, they have some scrumptious pancakes! I was always on the fence about this place, but my most recent visit confirms there is a good reason this establishment has been around for so long! Even when busy on a Sunday morning, we were seated right away (the bar is cozy spot to dine if you dont want to wait for a table) & had great service. We will definitely return again soon!

Best catering ever! Country Kitchen Cafe catered an event for our company with several hundred attendees. It was delicious! Fresh hamburger patties, vegas dogs, and brats with fresh pasta and amazing potato salad! Food was outstanding and served by a very polite and tidy staff!

My husband got carry out breakfast. Day old biscuit with very little gravy and a sprinkle of sausage on top. The "scrambled" egg was basically an omelette that was cut into shreds. This is how you treat your customers?

Hair in 2 of 3 dishes, only time the waitress came by was to get order, all other times we had to speak up to get service. On top of this food is relatively expensive and not very good.

Great food, small town feel. Daily specials are great arrive early on weekends before specials run out. Also a good idea to call ahead on weekends to reserve a table.
