If you want wings, do not take the order to go. The servers are pretty nice when you are sitting at a table. But when you want your order to go, they will let you wait for at least 15 minutes even though your order will be ready in like 5 minutes. Another thing is that there supposed to be ten wings and two flavors in a small traditional pack, but every time when I got home and opened my box, there was only nine and looked gross like those were left by other customers who did not finish their meal. Also if you really have to order to go, make sure you check your bag to see if you have your additional sauce in there. Literally every single time when I asked them for ranch, the servers were not putting the sauce in the bag. They smile at you and are really polite but what they really did made me feel like they were day dreaming all the time. Not to mention that I even paid tips for orders to go.

The only good thing about my experience was the food. The cooks did a great job, and thats as far as it goes. The server had a terrible attitude, didnt bring us refills after requesting them several times, dropped the extra silverware we asked for, and picked it up off the floor and expected us to use it anyway. The manager came over and asked how everything was going, but didnt seem to care either way as to what our answer was and seemed more concerned about intimidating his staff. We overheard the manager tell off his staff multiple times during our visit in a very unprofessional manner. Like I said, good thing the food was awesome, or I would have been beyond disappointed.

Walked in at 2:15 pm on a Sunday and got seated immediately. The place was about halfway full or less. No one ever came to our table. We did see 2 couples that came in AFTER us get their drink orders, but still no server. Went to find the hostess to ask her to send someone our way, but she was not gone. After 15 minutes of seeing only the bartenders we left. I will never return to this BWW and I will recommend anyone I talk to to never go here. Sorry, but this was ridiculous. I would say its the worst service ever, but that would imply there was at least some actual service! ZING!

They just changed to counter service at this location and it sucks. Its very inconvenient when youre expecting a sit down experience with a waitress and you have to wait in line to order your food at, at most, 3 registers and then have to go pick it up yourself. Its going to be a nightmare on game days when its busy and everyone wants their food at the same time. This change is highly inconvenient and makes the restaurant feel like a cafeteria instead of a good place to eat with friends. My friends and I wont be eating here again unless they switch back.

Went there for their advertised Tuesday 1/2 price traditional wings and the Blackened chicken salad. Promptly told that now on Tuesdays, it is BOGO boneless wing night and the Blackened chicken is now cajun chicken but the menu still has Blackened chicken on it. It was my last Chicken salad ..I could not taste the cajun spices ..disappoined. The boneless wings had 75% breading to 25% chicken. It will be a while before I eat at BWW again☹

I go here often and always have an enjoyable experience. A lot of the reviews are from a year ago or later and I must say, they do not show how this place is now. They have new management, an entirely new kitchen and I go here a lot with my family. The servers are always so friendly and always make my kids feel like they are special. I have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings (coralville, cedar rapids) but this one is my favorite by far.

Poor experience. Came on a weekday afternoon with 10+ friends, and it took them a while to get our beer order. Food then didnt come out for more than 20 minutes. Taking a long time is understandable, but its nice if the staff can give the table a heads up on whats going to take a long time, and options to get appetizers if people are hungry.

This is a fast food style BBW. Order at the front like you would at McDonalds and wait for your buzzer to go off. Go to the counter and search for your food. Ranch was .65 and so were the carrots and celery. Everything is extra or so it was that day. Probably will not be back to this location. Good news is you do not have to tip.

Checked the website before coming, said they were open till 1, got in tried ordering a beer and was informed last call was at 11:30 because they close at 12. When i asked about the website saying they were open until 1 I was rudely informed "yeah, well theres a sign on the door that says otherwise".

Your standard run-of-the-mill BW3s. The college atmosphere helps keep this particular location full and crowded on the weekends. It is very close to the pedestrian mall walking area and within the downtown area. Very few craft beer selections and mostly your standard domestic offerings.

For some reason this BWWs feels different. Not as open as it should be or something. I like to sit by the bar area where its most open. Over all the staff is great and the food is amazing! I dont like this location as much as others but in a pinch Im so there!

The service was great! All the people were really kind. The food was so so. The noise level was too loud, just completely over loaded my senses. It was nice that there were a variety of games being broadcast around the restaurant.

Waited an hour and a half for food. Two other parties were served before us. Never again. Manager had an attitude abiut discounting the food and we got 25 percent taken off our bill. Learn customer service!!!

Same as all other BWW, but now there is a Jimmy Jacks Rib Shack next door. Id recommend Jimmy Jacks. Local place with the best BBQ in town.

Yummy food. Helpful staff. The prices are good. They provide a tablet for kiddos which is nice during the waits for food.
