If youre not drinking, not from Fairfax, and are 33 but didnt bring your ID because you were drinking water all night and being a designated driver, you are NOT welcome at the Star Bar. They didnt want me in there because I was just drinking water and not making them money. Im 100% sure that any other businessess with any integrity at all would be ok with that. Their little red-faced doorman (I wont mention names), lost a little weight and is now on a complete power trip and is a bully to anyone not from his town. The most ridiculous thing Ive experienced in a long time.

There must have been a change in management - the food left a lot to be desired, coleslaw tasted fishy, bun on my sandwich was crumbly. They took $1.50 off for the slaw, but I wouldnt go out of my way to eat a meal there again - quality does not match price. Definitely will stop for an appetizer on the patio this summer, is beautiful back there.

I am glad they decided to allow people to get their specials as to-go orders. This is a recent change. My daughter and I love to play the golf game there together. Very friendly staff.
