Please Read Honest True Review! I went to the South County location about a year ago and it was a train wreck. They tried 3 times to get my order correct but couldnt for some reason and had to wait 30 minutes thru that ordral. So my 17 year old son and I went last night around 7pm to the Chesterfield location. I thought we should try it out one more time..... Sure as your reading this the Cashier guy says Im sorry we are out of buns. ...oook so he says we can put it on a hot dog bun. I said ok no problem. We get our food 35 minutes later and they are out of ketchup. So now we are trying to eat the burger on a hot dog bun with no ketcup and fries. Im sorry Im a very reasonable person and actually tip very well and all that but Im done with 5 guys burgers and fries .. How does a burger joint run out of buns and ketchup....I know... a place that losses business thats how. Its like a brain surgin without a scalpel. Lol You almost just have to laugh. Bad management will put you out of business trust me I have owned mine 21 years. One more thing.... 26 dollars for 2 burgers on a hot dog bun and one meadum order of fries and 2 drinks sorry kinda expensive for what your getting. I know I eat out everywhere from the burger joints to the middle of the road places 5 days a week. You be the judge if you want to go but I warned you..:)

They have great burgers here and fantastic fries. They have all kinds of toppings for your burgers including jalapenos, onions, mushrooms and much more! Everything is sold a la carte. While you wait for your food to be prepared they offer delicious oven roasted peanuts and they are free of charge.

This place hit the spot! The burger itself is not incredible, but its $7. You want something unforgettable go to Ruths Chris. The toppings however, are where you get the bang for your buck. Add it all and you have yourself a pretty awesome burger!

Always great food and great quality. A little on the expensive side for burgers and fries, however they are definitely a cut above the rest. Made to order every time; with heaps of fries to compliment your custom burger.

Went there today and was disappointed. 8 bucks for a regular bacon cheese burger, 3 more dollars for a drink and then 4 more for fries. Kinda ridiculous and on top of that its was greasy and not that good.

Ellisville, Missouri - Showing up at 9:30 on a Sunday night, I thought Id get a dirty look from the Five Guys staff. But, Amanda was as nice as could be. Plus, she made my family 3 beautiful cheeseburgers!

Touchscreen fountain drink needs to be tweeked. Water ratio is way to high, which is common with these machines. Diet coke tasted like water and the coke tasted like soap

First time doing a "burger in a bowl." Their buns are delicious and so I was missing a major component but it was tasty nonetheless. Great place to indulge.

Its Five Guys. If you havent had it, you are missing out. Get the cajun fries, and dont order a large unless you are feeding a family of 4.
