They lie, have awful customer service A while back they told me they had ran out of the dough to make a certain pizza for me once I had arrived to pick it up. Then offered to make me the pizza??? Wasnt the first time they had told me some bs. I was also told they had to put cheese on top of the pepperonis in order for them to cook properly... Seriously? Also dont plan on eating at this place. All they got is a little chair outside. Pathetic. The price is the same as the rest of the pizza huts and it takes the same amount of time to get your pizza.

I too have used this Pizza Hut in Syracuse hundreds of times and always had a awesome experience with the food and service . The Moron that wrote the nasty review needs to know that maybe for some unknown reason the just might have ran out of dough there are worse things in life . Im sure in your life you have never made a mistake or had a issue with supplies . Syracuse Pizza Hut deserves a great review .

Customer service is outstanding and thats due to the manager thats working. Makes sure his cusotmers are taken care of even if he has to greet or ring out an order. They way he talks to his staff and customers shows he care. Staff checked on us twice to make sure we were ok. The food was good and quick. If i wasnt out of state I would come again.

Ive always received great service here in Syracuse, I feel you get that home town care...orders are made correctly and very timely....staff is always pleasant and smiling..Good atmosphere....Great job!!!

Took over an hr and a half to get my pizzas had to wait over 20 mins in parking lot after I already paid for my Pizza and then they were cold when brought out. Very disappointed tonight.

Neat modern design and new order at the counter system set this location apart. Food was good and came to the table on time. Staff was friendly and really efficient.

The carry out pizza is great as Ive come to always expect from Pizza Hut. This location recently did a full remodel and now its super nice for dining in too.
