Personally, I find Pizza Hut a little more enjoyable than the nearby competition. We usually carryout regular 2 topping pizzas and wings. If youre looking to save money, order online or use the app. Plenty of money saving options under the "Deals" tab. About their food, Pizza: 8/10 Pastas: 7/10 Wings: 9/10 (if I cant make it to BDUBS or Wings etc, this is my third choice. Love the Buffalo Burning Hot sauce) Bread sticks: 4/10 (very underwhelming with a little more grease than Id like) Personally, if youre okay with a carryout Id recommend this place. If youre looking for delivery, Id go with Mancinos before Nappanee Pizza co.

Least service oriented Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with. We used to order Pizzas for a group of people once a week, a fairly large order, but now go elsewhere, as they decided they would no longer add ingredients to menu items (we were always more than willing to pay accordingly) and they dont deliver. There are other options in Nappanee, that we will be using from now on.

This place sucks, pasta was cold, only 2 pizzas on buffet, coke glass was half full, waited 10 minutes to get waited on. This place could burn down tonite and it wouldnt be missed. No paper towels in restroom. Didnt even say thank you when we paid.

The pizza itself was great and service was good. My disappointment came with the salad bar. The lettuce I chose was going bad and the assortment of additives were lacking to say the least.

Very poor selection of pizzas. If you want your basic pizza this is okay, but better tasting pizzas custom made can be found as close as across the street.
