Its the only place near us that delivers calzones. We dont order from them unless we have a big craving for calzones and dont want to go out. Food is okay; sometimes good, sometimes not that great. I gave only two stars for two reasons. The one time I went inside and ordered to go (I was close by and thought it would be faster), it took almost an hour to get the overcooked food because they kept shoving it to the back of the oven to make room for new orders. And they were somewhat rude when I was asking about my order after 30 minutes or waiting (for take-out!). It doesnt take that long to cook a calzone. The second reason is their outrageous pricing. It isnt bad if you order what they show on the menu, but there are no substitutions without paying extra. There isnt even an option to make your own on the website. If I want an onion and mushroom calzone, I have to select one of the pre-made options, take off what I dont want, and then pay extra to add the two toppings I do want (even if Im replacing 3 toppings with only 2!). You even have to pay extra if you want any other side sauce instead of marinara. I can understand charging for additional sauce, but the first one shouldnt be extra! Also, their website looks like a grade school kid made it for a computer class project. There are a ton of errors and things that dont work right.

Just ordered delivery for the first time tonight. We really liked the pizza, great combo of crunchy and chewy crust, not overloaded with toppings which we like. Ordering online was easy though I didnt see any "specials" so I Googled and found a coupon on indy4coupons for a couple dollars off. They delivered from I69 to old town fishers (municipal building area) which, with traffic, is a good 15 mins away. The delivery time was very good even on a somewhat nasty night which means a lot of delivery orders. Very nice guy who delivered. I reduced 1 star because the breadsticks were... inedible. Im not sure of this was a bad batch or normal but they were dense, doughy, pale and tasteless so I wasted at least $5 on them (got one full and one half order). I wouldnt order the breadsticks again but I would order the pizza again and I would recommend them.

Clearly "Don" the reviewer who said "The WORST PIZZA place in Hamilton County...............Nothing but Mall Food...." Is the owner of a rival restaurant or pizza place. He ONLY has one review, the one you just read. Its sad that people have to come on here an lie about another place to try and get customers. Hey "Don" if your food was good enough, you wouldnt have to come on here and trash a quality establishment to gain customers. With that rant out of the way, I apologies for that by the way, I would like to say I love Bella. I began eating Bella when the first opened their location on 96th street. Then When they opened one in Clay Terrace, as i work in Carmel. The Hamilton Town Center location is just as quality as the others. Real NY style pizza. So dont believe "Dons" lies. Bella is quality pizza.

The two stars that I am giving are because the menu was easily accessible and ordering online and tracking my delivery was also very easy and the food came on time, as promised. Now if only the pizza we received was any good. We paid $46.00(!!) for two, large, "NY style" thin crust pizzas (including delivery charge, tip and tax). The pizzas that arrived looked more like medium-sized, were lukewarm and had soggy crusts the consistency of a wet paper towel. The flavor wasnt much better - weve eaten $5 dollar Red Baron frozen pizzas of better quality than what was delivered. Next time we want delivery, Dominoes will get our $46.00 and well eat for days on what that buys us there.

When I moved back to Indiana after a couple of decades in NYC, I was concerned that I wouldnt be able to find genuine New York style pizza. Enter Bella Pizza - the genuine article. Grab a slice, fold it in half and take a little bite of Manhattan in the heart of the Midwest. Bravo!

I worked for the mall and came into Bellas everyday for lunch and it never got old. They have the best pizza / breadsticks and their slices are HUGE . they hook it up. too bad im at college now or else id still be gettin it everyday!

Great pizza, breadsticks, and rolls!! They are quick and friendly service everytime! If you are will to wait a little longer they will make you a custom calzones or roll!!! Ive never been disappointed!!!!

Superb, quality, New York style pizza. Authentic NY theme and taste as well as a fine assortment of locally brewed beer. Staff is excellent and delivery is fast. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible. Pizza dough was still raw. And the cheesey sticks no flavor. Pizza sauce was only thing good. Not worth the price. Glad to have gotten refund. Wont be back
