Need new management! !!!!!!! 30 minutes for an appetizer and an hour and a half for our food. When they brought the food they forgot my food for another 10 min then I finally asked to speak to the manager and he never said sorry for the wait nothing except tell my husband not to start cause he could start too. Very rude and unprofessional. Since I was the one talking and not my husband. I watched at least 3 tables come in get served eat and leave and we were still waiting on food. Also the manager made it sound like we have not been here as long as we said we had. Which the waitress told him how long we had been here before we had talked to him. If I talked to anyone the way he talked to us I would not have a job. I will not come back until it Is under new management. Since I have a family of 5 we pay a decent amount to come here. I will take my business elsewhere! !!!!

I would give the seymour location a zero star rating if I could. Multiple times I gave been there and had the worst service possible. Not only is the food slow and poorly prepared, but the wait staff is slow to respond. The last time I went there was against my better judgement, I only went because I had a gift card and some friends were going. After eating food that came out cold, we waited 45 minutes for the waitress to bring our ticket so we could leave, while 4 other waitresses just stood there doing nothing. I finally told the bartender either cash me out now or I am leaving without paying. I made a complaint on their website and the manager called and said I could come in and have a free meal, but Ill never go back.

The service at this location is the worst service of any restaurant ever! This is not an exaggeration and is based off many trips to this location. You well never get served within 30 min of sitting down. If you do they will not return. And forget about getting food prior to an hour. Resorted to serving ourselves drinks on multiple occasions and walked out more than once. From the owner down to the newest server needs fired and a new start given to a restaurant that has tons of potential in this area! There is not anywhere else to get wings and watch sports in Seymour it should be a gold mine .. but youll find it empty and crappy service any given day or evening.

Came here on a very non busy Thursday, waited to be seated for 10 min, then our server seen us another 10 mins later, me and my wife right off the bat felt this experience will not go over so well, server messed my order up on something so simple, dont get me wrong she was sweet gal, I was nice to her and didnt say anything , manger has been getting my other stuff for our table.... Feel that if a manager has to help wait tables then something is wrong... Anyways I suggest Columbus Bdubs....Way better service... This place needs to get there stuff together... Hope you take the advice wisely and be warned

Service here is next level horrid took 5 mins for anyone to seat me when they did I received the most snarky hostess asking how many . Once I sat down they no came to my seat for another 5 mins. This wasnt the first time Ive had an issue the night before I came in and 2 workers where talking and didnt even acknowledge me when I came in after standing there awkwardly I finally just came up and asked to be seated. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I dont usually complain but my hope is that someone there will read his and make changes to there personnel or training honestly feedback is how you improve.

Absolutely terrible service. Everytime I visit this place (which isnt often) we are promptly seated only to wait 10 to 15 minutes before we are acknowledged.... Everytime we are told someone is in training.... really? Get it together or close your doors... The chain doesnt deserve this outrageously embarrassingly, terrible service. Youd think management would recognize this and rectify the problem, which in my opinion is a lack of communication or seriously understaffed. Food however, is good.

I just waited 10 minutes for a hostess to even attempt to seat us. Nobody acknowledged that we were the waiting. Ive a bartender came over and asked us if wed been helped, we tried "no". He seated us and weve now been at the table for over 9 minutes without a waitress stopping at our table. Its Monday night. There are at least 4 waitresses waking around and only 8 tables in the dining room with customers. This is the worst service Ive ever had here.

Stopped in to this location to pick up some food to go. We were initially told it would be roughly 25-30 minutes, yet over an hour later we still did not have our food. The staff was extremely rude to us, and made absolutely no effort to fix the situation. Needless to say, I have no intentions on returning to this location, and whoever is the franchise owner of this location should seriously consider a change in management.

Service was is terrible. I have yet to see a manager. We were told they ran out of silverware, so once we finally got a seat at the bar it took 25 minutes to get a server (after we flagged her down). The waitress was clearly annoyed we requested to place our order. Still no manager anywhere in sight. If I owned this facility I would restructure the entire staff in order to assure efficiency.

Awful service. We were basically ignored for a larger table. Had to ask twice for drinks, to which the waitress looked at us like she had no clue what we were talking about, and when she did bring them, she even said it was because she had a large table and had to take care of them. Food was what you expect, but I am glad this is not my local Buffalo Wild Wings.

We were seated right away, but it took a few minutes for someone to get our drink order. A bit of a wait to take our food order. And a looooong wait to get our food. My food was delicious, as was the bite I had of my sisters food. Worth the wait? I dunno know. The food was great, but the restaurant wasnt busy enough to justify the long wait time.

Used to be acceptable for a 4 star rating. Management and service went downhill. Messed up my order more than not. Sweet servers, but not trained well enough and the kitchen... Oh my god, just disaster. 3 times in a row messed up my meal. Its sad since I used to work for this establishment. If you go, sit at the bar. Way better experiences.

I doubted previous reviews and visited this place. Fries came out bone cold, service was sub par. The building itself looked like it was on a tight budget. The hanging led screens were 32 inch tvs or 37 at max, regardless, too small to enjoy the view. Buffalo Wild wings dont offer value in their meals anymore.

Not my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is usually right not always and the staff are not always on top of it sometimes you get a really good waiter or waitress and then sometimes you get somebody that doesnt seem like they even care. The main thing is the consistency here both with service and with food.
