The renovation and decor of the restaurant is really good. The food is good and what you would expect when ordering Italian. The staff are really friendly and thats always a plus. So why 3 stars you might wonder... If you have the bad luck of being seated at the bar or kitchen entrance its gets noisy and not from the customers but from the staff hanging around and talking away. If you are seated here after 8 pm after lets say watching a movie you wonder whether its their way of asking you to leave. The utensils have always been grimy. All the cheese and pastas dont wash of easily in any dishwasher unless its been presoaked in warm to hot water and even after going through the washer it needs to be wiped to shine. Ive on numerous occasions wiped the utensils with my napkin and at times if the grime is thick just asked for a new one.

It has been a few years since I have been to Olive Garden and my fiancé had never gone, so we decided to go. My stuffed Chicken Marsala wasnt stuffed, the breadsticks were hard, the waitress brought our main entrees and left the salad bowl and plate and soup bowl even though we were done and were sitting at a small table in the café area. Our breadsticks and drinks were never refilled although we were told they would be, and everyone around us was receiving refills. We wont be returning. The food wasnt worth the money and the service was horrible.

I use to think we had bad luck here now I realize they are terrible. This time the mozzarella came out cold.. yes ice cold .... how? They NEVER have breadsticks and when they came out last night they were burnt. I love olive garden and its sad but we will never eat at this one again. Once or twice I understand but to consistently have such terrible service is too much. Im not speaking just of last nights meal but the past year.

Love this place! Great staff! Super accommodating and go out of there way to make sure that we are seated so that I am not bumped into by rude guests. People often not paying attention knock into my chair and it knocks it off balance. The staff here goes out off there way to make sure we are comfortable and happy. Great staff!!!

Thank you for a great meal and for the fine service. Mike was our waiter. What a fine young man. He was kind, helpful, and made use feel very welcome and proud of the meal he served us. It was such a treat to welcomed at the door and Thank for the early opening. It made us Mothers feel very blessed.

Its one of the better places to eat in Muncie. They are surprisingly quick but the food is very good. I have been served cold food once, but I believe that was simply because I ate another bowl of soup and they held my meal back for a minute.

My meal was excellent pasta w/alfredo, salad & bread sticks. My dining partner had bread stick chicken sandwich, fries, salad & bread sticks. He was not that thrilled. Service was good, attentive but not hovering.

There is a creepy manager there who does not look like he works there...just looks like a creepy stalker freaking out the staff and staring at the diners. Very un-nerving...no desire to revisit this location.

So great! We drive all the way from the city because we crave this food and the service is always excellent!!! Salad, bread sticks and wine!!!!! The chicken piccata was so delicious!!!!!
