Just stopped in to enjoy a butterscotch dipped cone. The women working in there acted like they hated their jobs, they were very unpleasant. Trying to overlook that, I received my cone. It looked atroshious with butterscotch dip that had brown stringy speckles all in it. Never seen that before. I ordered a medium cone and there was literally about 2 inches of ice cream on top of the cone. This was the smallest "medium" cone I have ever seen and not at all worth the expensive price. All of this was enough to make me never go back but then I actually tasted the cone. It literally tasted like butterscotch cream flavored dirty dish water. I thought it may just be me, so I had my husband try it and he spit it out. So much for Dairy Queen in Centerville...guess I will just drive to one in Richmond. Pretty bad when Richmond has it together more than Cville.

I understand that being understaffed can lead to long wait times, but there were staff members who just stood there staring at the long line. When they finely got around to taking my order, they were seemingly able to make substitutions, that is until I saw my receipt. They charged me nearly as a chicken strip meal when I asked for just chicken. I would have happily paid an extra couple cents to have just gotten the meal and shared with my friends. My friends has a similar issue when she tried to substitute her fries. These people need to learn how to use their own register system, or at the very least tell their customers when the registers wont let them make reasonable accomodations. Tl;dr dumb employees, bad service

Stopped here twice, having forgotten the first time when I came again. The rude staff and terrible experience quickly jogged my memory. The entire convenience store, Dairy Queen, and bathrooms were closed at 9:00 pm, despite the complete lack of any markings of the hours on the window. The staff just locked the doors in front of us with a glare and without a word. I probably wasnt missing much, though, as I wouldnt be surprised if the food was terrible and the bathrooms filthy given the staffs obvious hatred of their job, customers, and the crappy gas station that they spend their day barely working at.

The place is ran by teens who have no idea what they are doing. Food was cold. Took them eight minutes to make a blizzard. Got back in line to get an ice cream. The lady two people ahead of me was told that she would get her change back in two minute increments after she paid. The guy that delivered the food to table looked like someone farted in his breakfast. Awful experience.

Clean restrooms but to stretch legs inside, seemed like I was being watched like iwas about to steal something. Wasnt dressed the best nor did I look top notch but I felt watched. Iam from Missouri and its20 mins from Ohio so i do look a little odd.All and all very clean and quick. Not a whole lot of novelties to shop for.

Do any adults work here? Screwed up the order on two different items. We ate in and they gave it to us in a bag. Its ran by kids no adult insight. Someone who is above 16 needs to over see the place. Plus the meal prices are a joke now. Complete rip off and poor service on top of it. Read the other reviews its true.

Its the middle of summer at 1:30 PM and the ice cream machine is down for cleaning. That makes no since why not do it at night like everywhere else. Now my daughter is upset that she cant have ice cream! I think the owner needs to get it together
