The staff seemingly has no clue what customer service means. Most of the tables were empty yet dirty. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before someone even recognize that I was there. As I sat in the dining room and listened to the kitchen staff cut up and laugh, several customers came in and left because they were not waited on. There were no utensils, very little condiments and no napkins at the condiment station. In the 45 minutes I was there, nobody came out to clean the dining room or refilled the condiments. Oh, and by the way, the food was gross.This place is a zoo.

Maybe I was there on a bad day, but they had no lettuce, the ice machine was broken, and I ordered at the drive-thru, and asked about a senior drink and the girl said it was .50 off any size, so I said I ordered a small one. I thought the total was a little high, but didnt have the time to argue. I noticed after I left that the girl didnt give me the senior price. .50 is no big deal, but ???.

They didnt make my burrito correctly and they got mad and gave me attitude when I asked politely if they could remake it, they need to chill out and be grateful they dont have a job working in this hot weather like I do while they get paid way to well to work in AC they need new staff plz someone do something about this

Totally ripped off. Ordered a new Double Stuffed Crunchwrap and it didnt even have beef on it. It was cheese and lettuce. Im pissed. This was the second time Ive had an order messed up and Ive only stopped by 3 times so far. 1 for 3 isnt a good record.

Very good location, and friendly service, but it seems they are often out of items, like beef or chicken. Once the fryer was down and another time their slushy machine was broke. Other then that, its a typical Taco Bell.

I havnt been disapointed since the much anticipated opening. They may take a few extra minutes to get you thru the drive thru but nothing ridiculous. My order hasnt ever been wrong. They are always super friendly.

Recently discovered that Taco Bell will allow you to order "a la carte" any item they have. Im eating very low carb so I ordered what I could eat and skipped the shells and chips. It was delicious!
