My fiancé and I have been going to Copper Still for about three years, and we have had possibly the worst service ever experienced. It began when we sat down, our waiter was standing waiting there at our table before we even sat down. We order a water and drink before we looked at the alcohol menu. Then a waitress comes to take our order, confused we just give her our order for drinks and food. The waiter then comes with only my drink and no water, he then proceeds to ask what beer my fiancé wants. We tell him that the waitress just took our order, assuming that there was miscommunication and it will be settled. My fiancé gets his beer after about 10 minutes. We then proceed to wait for 45 minutes until I finally can flag down our waiter (he hadnt even refilled my drink, or even gotten my fiancé water by that point). We ask about our food order because people before were eating. Turns out the waiter, and the waitress never communicated about our order, so it wasnt put in. They begin to argue where everyone is eating, the waitress claiming she never took our order even though she took our menus with her. That is when our waiter took our order, then the manager comes over and lets us have a free appetizer for all the trouble. It took theme 20 minutes just to get that out, then another 20 for our meal. We were there for almost 2 HOURS. Just to top it off the waiter got my fiancé order wrong. We wont be back for a whIle needless to say

The entire staff is very young and there doesnt seem to be good supervision. We immediately ordered the pork nachos and they took quite a long time to come out. When they came out they were cold and the pork was mushy. We were told they were cold because we asked for "no beans," which just seemed ridiculous. We had also ordered a pork main course so in an effort to cancel that order, we were routed to a manager, who is also very young and inexperienced. We doubled up the order my husband had ordered. A long time later the waitress comes out and asks whether we want one of the burgers first - we said yes. She brings it out. + It was overcooked, despite asking for medium + The mayo was on the burger, even though we asked for it to be on the side. + the tater tots were cold and looked freezer burnt. + My husband couldnt get a refill on tea even asking for one. + We were eventually told that our second burger would take another 13 minutes and whether we wanted it to go. We just asked for the check and wanted to leave. It was the single most horrible restaurant experience we have ever had. We will not be returning.

My husband and I traveled 20 miles Away from other reputable establishments to Copper Still. We were greeted immediately and seated at the bar, because of the wait being longer than 20 minutes. We were seated, a young lady came to our bar table, she took our drink order and later returned with our Ice tea and lemon water. We had to stop her from wisking away again to place our order for our "Tenderloin Trail" sandwiches. Thats when it felt like a B.O.M.B was dropped on my feelings "oh were sold out of those" ... my husband asked the young lady is there another tenderloin joint in this area? She was dumbfounded, she proceeded to pull our drinks back. She asked did we want to order anything else, I told her No we were in search of a delicious loin. She took our drinks, I do not recall an apology but if she offered one it was not recognizable. She did not offer to put our drinks in a to go cup, she took them away. If the food is as good as Ive read the service is as bad if not worse based on my experience today. Not prepared for the Tenderloin trail 2017.

My family and I came in a few weeks ago on a Friday evening and they were very busy. I have been a server in the past, so I was already worrying, to an extent, about the quality of our experience. I also had seen awful reviews from past guests, especially the ones about service, so my wife and my expectations were low. The hostess I spoke with seemed young, and like she didnt really want to be there. She also seemed upset that I was interrupting her game of cards. She took us to our table and I was immediately relieved upon meeting our server, Zach. He greeted our table in a timely fashion with a smile on his face, even though some of the other employees looked tired and emotionless. He gave great recommendations on beer(even though after sampling some, I just got a PBR lol) and food(pulled pork nachos are outstanding, as are the fish tacos). Our food took a little while to get to us, but he was very apologetic and attentive to our needs in the mean time! Sugar Cream Cake was awesome too! I will definitely be returning!

Hubby and I dined here for dinner of 12/16/16. We were seated quickly. The waitress took a long time to come over and when she did knew nothing about the beers on tap or what they were like. Granted no biggie I assumed maybe shes underage or something. We ordered food and she never removed the menus. After 10min our beers came out from someone else. 20min later our app and dinner came out at the same time. I had the special of pasta w steak. Tastes like a weird Philly cheese steak. Meat tasted old.when I ordered she said it was cooked at Medium. Came out very well done. We finished and were unable to order more beer. We stacked our dishes out of the way and waited before another server came by to ask for the check. She never one cleared the table apologized or refilled our drinks. Shame. On the plus side another random server asked if everything was ok. That was nice I guess.

This would be a great place if the service was better. The food, and beer is always great (when you dont have to flag down a waitress for a refill, or have the time to wait for your order). We have been several times, and have yet to have decent service. After our last experience we probably will not go back. After we got our drinks we never saw our waitress again. Our drinks sat empty for over 20 minutes, and had to grab another waitress walking by to ask for drinks. Our appetizer ended up coming out after our meal, and once our food arrived we realized we didnt have silver ware. Since we didnt have a waitress anywhere to be found, my husband had to go to the hostess stand to get silverware. We have given this place several tries, but after so many bad experiences we are taking our business elsewhere.

Worst service I have ever had... the service is never great and the food is just typicaI bar food, but live very close to this establishment and its always been a go to for my family and I. My last experience I had there was terrible I left shaking in anger. First, the music was way way to loud a family had to leave it was so loud. Second I waited over 45 mins to get my bill, my waitress was no where in sight. Then when I had to ask a random waitress for my bill and she just blew me off and said " if you cant find your waitress I cant either. I didnt take your order so I dont have your bill." After another 15 minutes a waiter finally came with my bill, with no apology. After all of this I couldnt even find a manager to complain. I will never be going back to the Noblesville Copper Still again!
