Absolutely the worst dining experience me and my family have ever had! Understaffed and rude bartender! Manager never came to the table to try and fix things or talk to us. Appetizers took an hour to get to table and we had to go to find someone to just box our entrees up because it took so long we didnt have any more time to wait! I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know not to go including their friends as well! Its a shame this location sucks so bad and is not managed properly because Ive been to other locations that are amazing!!!!

I was less than impressed with the traditional wings. Nothing too special, although they are literally drowning in sauce if you feel like you never have enough sauce per wing. My wife was disappointed with the boneless, which were tiny little nuggets with a similarly ridiculous amount of sauce. Good atmosphere and OK beer selection, but if youre looking for the best wings in the area, keep going.

I had never ordered from here. When I called I asked if they had just regular wing sauce manager stated yes. Asked if I wanted mild or hot I said mild. Got home, no sauce on the wings. I am confused. Called advice as such. Then he explains well mild or more buttery the sauce melt. What the heck. What did I miss. Very disappointed. Never ordering from here.

Long waits for very simple items some of the staffs ok they had one bar tender that seem to look doped up out of his mind Ive had a couple bad experiences here all in all place really sucks dont waste your hard earned money or your time here. The Management is non existing sum new staff to re-invigorate the place and proper trained staff would also help.

Favorite wings place in Hamilton County, the specials are insane, friendly staff, and Ive been a regular for about 2 months now. Ive never had a bad experience here. Lastly, Ive been here for lunch and dinner, and have tried over half the menu at this point. Also, the bartenders know their stuff.

Great menu! Lots of options other than wings with the "Etc." We got there late around 9p, and we had to track down our server a few times to get silverware for the table and to get our bill finally to leave. Food was great, though! Lots of TVs. Nice change from B-dubs.

The wings are way better than the other two large chain restaurants that specialize in buffalo wings in the area. I order mine extra crispy with the buffalo sauce on the side so they dont get soggy and they reheat really well in the oven at 350 F for 10 minutes.

Service and wait are TERRIBLE. Waited 35 minutes for dry, overcooked wings with skimpy sauce. Chipped glassware. Going to give it one more try (maybe?) before I write it off, but probably worth driving to the Noblesville location instead.

Service is just "ok" I asked for a water 3 times and ended up going to the bar to get it because our server thought sitting at a table playing on his phone was more important. Food is good and thats why we go back but service sucks.

Poor service. Been here 5-10 times and every time I wait forever for my food, rarely get a refill, and my wings are always cold. Was hoping this problem would eventually get fixed, but since opening day nothing has changed.

Best place to watch college football. Love the teriyaki wings with curly fries and an occasional beer tower. Made the wall of flame my first visit and got a free t - shirt with my picture on the wall.

Waited 20 minutes for an overcooked over pounded tenderloin and wings. French fries came out soggy. Wont be back wouldnt recommend. The service was ok at best
