Management/owner(s) needs to fix the entry to the restaurant. Incoming and outgoing customers must pass through a standard 3 door where the hostess stand also sits, which causes a traffic jam. This is the worst entrance of any chain restaurant that Ive ever seen. We ordered the queso which tasted strange, Velveeta and Rotel that anyone can make would be a step up from what is served. The hostess seated us without silverware, and once our food arrived we asked the girl delivering it for silverware, she was not very happy about it. Our waitress was very nice but she was sweating to the point of possibly dripping sweat in the food, which is just gross.

Do not go unless you have 2+ hours to waste! Food is decent but not worth the wait. Stopped in for a quick dinner after checking into our hotel located right next door. There was a 25 min wait at 7:30pm on a Tuesday so we decided to sit at the bar for what we thought would be faster service. It took 10 minutes before we had a drink in front of us and I also asked for a water which I watched the bartender speak into the empty glass while talking to another server, I was so disgusted I couldnt drink my water. We ended up waiting so long for our food that we ate a few baskets of chips and salsa and werent hungry for our entrees.

We order glazed Pork chops, fries, beans Corn bread. Lunch Beef enchilada, rice and beans. Ribeye, veggies, fries. Portions are fair. We had minimum wait...and servers kept checking on us and filling up our drinks! Salsas are too sweet for my taste. Can beans. For my taste, Enchilada salsa wasnt what I expected. Clean, restaurant/sports bar atmosphere. Restrooms needed attention. Location is kind of hidden. Several locals hang out here. Plenty of parking. If you drive a Semi you can park up the street, about 500 ft walk. Waiters are friendly. 80s music did not match the restaurant.

Terrible the food was not great not hot or fresh we paid 8 dollars for guacamole and only got 1 small avocado. The server was not very attentive or friendly. Acted as if she could care less weather we were there or not she ordered my daughters burger well done but never even asked how she liked it cooked, it was burnt and dry almost tasted liked it had been microwaved. Will not waste our time or money on this place ever again.

Thought I would try this place out since it was right beside my hotel...I was the only paying customer in the place, decided to sit at the bar to eat and watch some baseball (expecting quicker service-refills etc) waited 5 mins for anyone to greet me and get me a soda while I waited, no one. I got up, walked out and found somewhere else to eat! Worst part of the whole experience, I lost my parking spot at the hotel!

Used to be a good place to go but its gone down hill. They cant serve the full capacity of the restaurant - meaning that if you have to wait to be seated, there are probably still open tables. The past 2 times Ive gotten fries, they were cold. Had to wait over 20 minutes for our food tonight and there probably werent over 40 people in the whole place. Do yourself a favor and go to outer loop, youll be much happier.

Food was ok but extremely over priced. Charged 8 bucks for a half jar size chesse dip that cost only 3 at the store for a whole jar and I asked if it was the white chesse and she said ya. It was not. Then charged 8 for a shot sized drink with some fruit juice in it.... really it was a money pit bill came to 80 and we could have spent half that at else where and had better food and bigger drinks

You will not find better food, service or beverages. All the staff are top notch and go out of their way to make your Weed experience one you will not forget. There are other Tumbleweeds, but by far this is the best in Louisville. Hurry by and have the true Tumbleweed experience. Youll return many times for wonderful dining.

We stop here every year. Its my daughters favorite. Out service was, deplorable, it took 15 minutes to even be greeted by a server, & another 10 to even get a drink. No refills & their once scrumptious food want even with tasting. It guccamoli had hair in it. Wont be back. Wouldnt even give it one

The food here is pretty good but the service is slow even when there arent a lot of other customers. It is hard to get here for lunch and be back on time. Update: I removed a star after they charged me extra for chicken without telling me. The food here is not worth the headache of the service.

Worst Tumbleweed in the area. Amazed they are still in business. The service is always so slow, probably because they are understaffed, but you always wait forever to place an order and are lucky to get a drink refill. The food is usually good once it comes but thats the only positive thing.

Came here on work trip. Service was good overall although staff seemed a bit unhappy. Food was delivery promptly but not that good. Ordered fajitas and onions were burnt, lettuce was browning, chicken appeared to be highly processed, and the meal was very greasy overall.

After reading the reviews we decided to give this place a try even though they werent the best. We were presently surprised! Service was fast and friendly, the food was tastey and you cant beat .99 margaritas!! (Try the grilled chicken with mango chipotle sauce, yummy)

If you want rude waiters, managers and nasty food, heres your place. We went in this morning, waited forever to be seated, was served stale chips, and dry food. We requested a manager along with the table behind us and she was very rude. We wont be back, thats forsure.

This is the second time I have had to leave this restaurant because of no service. After waiting the waitress said she would be with us in a minute then she sent someone to greet us. There were only 5 tables of people in the place. I love Tumbleweed but not this one.

This is a mediocre restaurant at best. My bar service was awful. Food was so, so and wasnt given what I ordered. On the positive note they did comp my meal and correct it. Over all this will be my last visit. Hope it was just a bad night for the place

Great bar, and the the food is actually, really good. Atmosphere is nice, and this place is ALWAYS busy. The price is slightly high for what it is, and the service can be hit or miss. There is always a line, even when there are 8-10 empty tables.
