Tastefully decorated interior that gives a very upscale feel. The ambiance of the restaurant is very casual and the music selection being played was quite appropriate and not overwhelming to the senses. The hostess was genuinely warm and welcoming. The waitress was very attentive. She was quite comfortable making menu suggestions and even brought out a beautiful desert display to tempt the taste buds towards the end of our meal. Our meal consisted of mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce for an appetizer, lasagna, with a Caesar side salad, my husband had the chicken parmesan with a Broad Street side salad. The appetizer and salads were served quickly. Bread sticks are not offered as a staple item, as is traditional at most Italian restaurants, but as an appetizer for purchase. A single bread stick is served with the meal. The salads were fresh and crisp and the Caesar dressing was good. The mozzarella sticks were quite tasty but the marinara sauce was somewhat bland. The lasagna was put together well, presentation was lovely and professional, yet without a savory sauce, falls short of excellent. The chicken parmesan, was cooked to perfection, with the chicken being moist and easily cut with just a fork, yet once again the sauce left something to be desired. Over all, the meal was good, the price was acceptable, wait staff outstanding, but would really love to experience a savory sauce bursting with the classic Italian herbs and spices, garlic, oregano, and thyme. Definitely will return to try some other dishes. Suggestions; Perhaps a monthly wine education and tasting for a nominal fee, would be an awesome way to introduce customers to wine pairing with meals. Bread sticks served in a basket traditionally, and adding a salad with the meals, as opposed to a side for separate purchase.

Server wasnt informed. Ordered Merlot server cane back after t minutes ans said tbey were out. Ordered calamari which after another 5 minutes found out that was out. The bruschetta was soft bread with tomatoes only. Ordered the linguini bolognese w/ meatballs and the mushroom ravioli. No flavor! The sauce tastes from a can and everything else frozen. This is not Italian cuisine just looks like it. The sad thing is it is a very beautiful restaurant and perfect setting in downtown. Sorry but was not worth the $50 spent for 2. PS...I would probably have the gentlemen sweeping floor and seating people wear a shirt and tie or at least a nice polo instead of a vest and hoodie. Very nice guy though! But maybe thats ok in small town USA.

Great waiter. Nice atmosphere. Perfect decor. Now the food....pasta was cooked well....but the sauce tasted like it came from a jar. The chicken was sodium infused chicken cubes. I could taste the salt preservative. My sons fries were good and the chicken strips were average. The drinks were plentiful. Dessert was delicious. Overall it should have a 3 out 5. Because I loathe alfredo that tastes like it came from a jar. Despite this i will try it again although next time I will try the prime rib. Host and waiter were both wonderful!

We were cruising through town on our motorcycle and needed a place to eat. We saw the brunch sign on the sidewalk and an elderly couple walking in so we assumed it was good and affordable. The theory held true. Polite service and cozy environment. We took home a copy of the full menu!

Excellent restroom with plenty of space and room to breath. 2 ply toilet paper provides the comfort you constantly dream of from home. The food is excellent and the Sunday brunch is great for a family to try after their Sunday rituals.

Had another great meal at Primos tonight. Glad to see so many people enjoying and evening downtown in New Castle. We are fortunate to have this restaurant in our town!

Weve been twice. Both times the food was solid and the staff was friendly. My favorite part was the chocolate cake. That was awesome.
