I use a name different than the name on my card for gender reasons, so it was jarring to have the salesperson announce my order was ready by calling the name on my card—instead of asking what name I use, as most coffee shops do. The drinks are a little pricey, but I like that theyre unique. Im not fond of their no-outside-food policy. I appreciate the gender-neutral bathrooms.

A truly outstanding coffee shop. Large coffee and tea selection, very reasonable prices. Very clean with plenty of seating and great views from huge windows. The industrial styling inside is fantastic and feels very refreshing with super high ceilings. The only thing they dont offer are traditional breakfast sandwiches with egg/bacon/sausage. Overall a great store.

An excellent alternative to big chain gourmet coffee shops in Muncie. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The service was appropriately quick for a coffee shop (they take enough time to know they are making something not just putting from a container, but they are prompt). Three coffee was good. Definitely a better than Starbucks experience.

Nice place for a quick stop or to spend a day at working on stuff. Their drinks are great too. Great atmosphere. Would be great to have more of these type of coffee shops around as Starbucks is a bit too standardized and doesnt give you a feel for comfort and aesthetic of a coffee shop.

Probably the nicest/friendliest coffee shop I have visited! Had the cubango, and it was delicious! My daughter had a fruity creamosa (I think thats what it was called), and that was fantastic too! Shes a prospective BSU student and is determined to get a job here if she gets accepted!

The Caffeinery is a little hipster coffee shop downtown. Its a great place to grab a drink and a pastry and just chill out. There is a good vibe, a friendly staff and some decent drinks! Its a great place to just relax, catch up on some work or meet with some friends or clients.

Ive been to coffee shops all over the US and Europe, and I can honestly say that the Caffeinery serves my favorite coffee. Its a tad pricey because the drinks really are amazing, but I love the atmosphere and wide space for seating. Definitely an amazing addition for Muncie!

Great atmosphere and really cool location. The staff is super friendly and really knowledgeable. While they offer the same drinks as other coffee shops, but they do it better, they are also making coffee in ways I have never heard of. Food and pastries are also delicious!

The coffee is far better than Starbucks in my opinion and the environment and employees are friendly and inviting. Only complaint is that it is a bit expensive, though most any place similar is just as expensive. Just expect to pay at least $4-5 for coffee.
