Normally love Panera but can assure you the Dothan establishment is the worst Panera Ive ever been too. From start to finish. Order our food asked for it to be read back just because we suspected they were not listening. Sure enough it was wrong we got it corrected. Now our food came up. I ordered a full BBQ sandwich only to get half. Asked they told me that was in fact a whole o.0 ok. So I took it started to eat it. Only could eat part of the chicken, it was basically ligaments and freezing cold. Not just cold but freezing cold.. not to mention such visit cost me way to much for nothen..

Im a fan of Panera, but the Dothan location is not up to the snuff of the majority of locations Ive been to. The food preparation has improved over the years, but its not usually the cleanest interior and the layout is too cluttered to be considered cozy as many other locations are. Coffee isnt up to other locations normal quality either, and Ive encountered employees who arent sure how to make something as simple as a cappuccino.

Panera Bread is good so if u have a reward card your points or visits should be accounted for but not. This has happened a lot. I personally brought it to management attention its like o well. I might stop eating there because of this bad customer service. DOTHAN AL

Pretty good! Great service and the food tastes fresh. A little but pricier than I was expecting but the food was also better than I expected so I suppose it evens out. As far as Dothan goes, it is a healthier option with good choices. No complaints

Panera Bread creatively turns old fashioned food into something new and remarkable. The only downside is that Panera Bread is so popular that they run out of many foods extraordinarily quick (chicken noodle soup).

Panera can get expensive - quick. So when I do go there it is kind of a treat. $14.46 later - no salad dressing. Would not be a problem if I was eating on site - but back here at my office, a big let down.

Food is excellent and food handlers are very friendly. One particular cashier however is quite off-putting. Shes not rude, but shes not nice either, which makes the ordering process quite uncomfortable.

I love Panera Bread. As a former employee, I might be biased though. The staff is great and the food is really tasty. Parking isnt bad, but getting out of the mall its located in can be a pain.
