Pray to God that they dont mess your order up. I took this slop back up to the restaurant that was supposed to be an 8 piece meal. Room temperature chicken and cole slaw, biscuits were hard as a rock and the service was horrible. They offered to replace it for me and I told them I couldnt wait on it. So the manager wrote her name down on my receipt and said next time I stop in, show them that receipt and theyll replace it. I was hesitant at first but agreed. Three days later, receipt in hand, I come across the owner. This guy literally interrogated me for nearly twenty minutes about the authenticity of said receipt, even going as far as calling the manager and going back to surveillance footage. After confirmation that I was legit, I didnt even want it anymore. I just wanted out of there. So I told him to shove it. It aint good business to treat your customers like criminals.

The service here is great.. When i ordered at the drive thru they said it will take a few minutes for my sandwich. I had no problem with that and didnt mind waiting. When i paid the lady asked me if i wanted something to drink while i waited. I said yes thank you. She gave me the drink and when i wanted to pay for it she said its free because i have to wait.. That is service.. Thank you and keep up the good work.. Very happy customer :)

Last night two workers were busy smoking in the shed beside the drive thru. Another worker came out and yelled at them that there was no food prepared and she has a line inside and out. I finally get to order and I asked for grilled chicken. You wouldve thought I ordered fresh unicorn, because I was told it would be 25 MINUTES. Ive had multiple problems at this location, but this took the cake. Never going back.

I am very disappointed in our local KFC. The service wasnt horrible but there were people including ourselves waiting 20 minutes for chicken on the buffet. The ice machine was out of ice and the floors, were horrible. The whole place needs a makeover. The bathrooms were a mess and dirty, the floors were so disgusting and sticky my flip flops stuck to the floor. It was a very bad experience for my family.

Service was incredibly slow. I waited in a very long and slow line to place my order. After placing my order I had to wait at the window for around 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. After finally paying for my order, they told me that my food was going to take an additional 5 minutes, since they "just got around to dropping it." Awful service, go to the taco bell next door.

This place was horrible, I have never seen such a dirty restaurant. Food was on the floor, not just crumbs, several tables were left with trash. There was a warning sign to be careful of slipping, it wasnt because of a wet floor, I am sure they want you to be careful of the grease. Children were sliding on it for fun. Dont eat here, it should be torn down.

The food was really really good, chicken wings were extremly hot and tasty, I dont remember when I had something tastier in kfc. Though the range of choices is much more nartower than in Europe. Despite the fact, the environment was not very "tasty".

They are always out of chicken! Very frustrating. Doesnt matter what time of the day. There is a 10-15 minute wait on the chicken. Service is friendly. Food is good.
