Literally the only negative thing that can be said about The Farmhouse is that its not closer to home! You wont find a more fun, delicious, wholesome, real experience in a 100 mile radius. The local family who bought the place put their literal blood, sweat, and tears into the building and the business. The result is a terrifically fun atmosphere - real home cooking with whole, local ingredients; genuine kindness from all staff; and an overall stellar experience! The whole restaurant, storefront (featuring art and home goods from local artists/crafters), and rooms (its a bed and breakfast too!) are warm and comfortable - decorated in a similar country farmhouse theme with functional antiques tastefully spread throughout, dessert menus can be read through a classic ViewMaster toy, and everything is so appropriately priced you wont be able to leave without buying a pie or loaf of fresh-baked bread to go! Do yourself a favor and book a room at The Farmhouse.....then figure out a way to move in permanently, because you wont want to leave :)

We just spent the weekend here and it was wonderful!! The accommodations were great. The room was decorated rustic and cute. Each room has its own bathroom, which is nice. The food is next level! We had breakfast here two mornings and were blown away both days. There are a lot of options and everything is home cooked by one of the owners. The owners are super nice and made our whole stay the best. You can really tell they care about providing awesome service and food. Will definitely come back!

Food was good last time but this time the food was not so good and I told the waitress that is wasnt very good and all she could say was Im sorry didnt ask if I wanted to try something else or comp my food or anything dont know if Ill be back again

What a atmosphere!! Wow!! This restaurant takes you back in time.. Felt like I was in the restaurant on Little House on the Prairie! The food is simply amazing! I will recommend this restaurant to all.
