The $5.00 menu is great , This place has the BEST burgers in town, ALL food cooked fresh to order and that is why it may take some time to get your food when its busy but it is always worth your wait. If you ever have a problem just let them know kindly while you are still there and i am sure it can be solved and remember THIS IS NOT MCDONALDS , this is FRESH FOOD, remember good help is hard to find and that is not Huddle Houses fault that is the communities fault so give them a chance before being rude and hateful to the staff , other places have came and gone but not Huddle House so lets SUPPORT our local Huddle House they are currently open 24/7 and have great selections for breakfast and dinner and FULL breakfast menu served 24/7 , name dropping is not a nice thing to do on here and remember that can go both ways, remember they have CAMERAS watching every move you make so keep that in mind when your trashing the place by being a slob and blaming it on the service. P.S put your cig. butts where they go in the tall grey thing out front , no respect for the workers is what i see from the community , always 3 sides to every story, I would like to thank this HUDDLE HOUSE for hanging in there.

I visited the Lawrenceburg, Ky location on 5/26/17 at 8am for a pick up order. My omlet I ordered had HAIR in it. I contacted the "manager"- Jason- and told him of the hair. He seemed not concerned and told me he could remake it. No thank you. There was hair in it once, Ive lost my appetite and trust in huddle house. Remaking orders works for orders made incorrectly, but for orders made unsanitary it does not. I requested my money back and he told me policy did not allow refunds but only remaking the food. I do not trust this location so I refuse to eat anything from here again. I have also contacted environmental health at the health department. Jason informed me that contacting corporate would do nothing since theyre a franchise. He refused to refund my order, even with 90% of my food remaining untouched. I offered to return the food, he still refused, saying all he can do is remake it.... Like Im supposed to trust that it is sanitary! No thank you. Ill go other routes to get my money back. BEWARE when eating here! INSPECT YOUR FOOD!

The wait for everything was so long; 20 minutes to get service, 30 minutes to get food, 10 minutes in line to pay the bill. Granted its 10am on a Sunday, but the people who came in after us got serviced much earlier and got the food much earlier. When we finally did get our food, I got a strawberry milkshake and Mega Smokehouse omelette and my boyfriend got a waffle and bacon and eggs, everything was so unbelievably greasy. The food was greasy, the dishware was greasy, the menus were greasy, and Im pretty sure the waitresses hand were greasy. I dont think well come back again.

5 stars for breakfast, 1 star for dinner. I get HH breakfast on the regular and I have zero complaints... food is good, staff is great, service is quick. I rarely visit for dinner, though... the food is not good, the staff is meh, and the service is some of the slowest Ive ever seen. Ill admit that my last experience was so bad that its been ages since Ive had dinner here, so hopefully next time Ill be able to add a star or two to my rating.

Amazed at how poorly the staff are trained. Seems like most have no food service skills of any kind. Two or three tables of people and they are too swamped to function. I ordered hot wings....and got plain chicken wings.....then she moves on to take care if the next table as if nothing is wrong. I sit for 20 min with plain chicken wings and an empty glass....nope, horrible horrible service!!!!

We eat at Huddle house maybe once a month. This last visit was terrible. Dirty tables with dishes from past customers. It took 20 minutes to get drinks, and coffee was old. Our food was cold when served 30 minutes later. They recooked it and eggs were not right, hash browns burnt. Will not be going back to this Huddle House in Lawrenceburg.KY.

First of all this place is a hidden gem. Kara is the greatest waitress ever up in here. Super friendly highly underpaid. Ive I was her manager I would give her a raise weekly and all the other females. Cooks got it bad too. Show them some love they cook a mean hot burger.

Danelle best waitress.. Really made my moms day being 90 she loves their waffle at huddle house she she remembered what she liked brought her diabetic syrup. And was super nice to her.. Great place to eat on Sunday. We appreciate the speed and good service.

Tables were dirty from prior customers and flooring had food and paper under the tables, had to get a waitress to mop the floor and she did not sweep up the food on the floor. Had to wait over 5mins to be waited on. Food was great though.

Good service poor quality food. There was bacon grease all over the plate. Scrambled eggs were overcooked. It was very busy but thats no excuse. Take your time and make sure food is executed correctly before it leaves the kitchen.

Love this place. Most of the time service is quick for drinks and orders. The food is always top notch. I am more than pleasantly surprised how often I have no complaints at all as the food is nearly always spot on.
