I wont be surprised of the Great Wall Buffet gets shut down soon, honestly. Today I went in to order two buffets To-Go. I recieved my usual two to go containers that they basically just let u fill with whatever u want. After paying I noticed the buffet was empty, none of the usual chinese food options besides fried rice. So i got a little bit of that and set my containers down and stood aside while they (very slowly) filled the buffet. Now at the time of my arrival I might add they had been open for nearly an hour with no food available. As the older chinese lady (whom was probably korean or some other race/nationality besides the advertisement) filled the buffet she was yelling loudly at a man I could only assume was her husband in a language I did not know. She then looked at me frustratedly and pointed at the buffet which now included fried rice, mozzerella sticks, buffalo wings, and general tso chicken, and waved me on as if she could not understand why I wouldnt just GET ON WITH IT ALREADY and fill up my containers. I told her in as few simple words as possible my intentions. "CRAB RANGOON. LO MEIN." she nodded and then bitched under her breathe for another ten minutes until she had placed the items i wanted on the buffet. Elii my son this whole time was being very patient and quiet. As I filled my containers he walked up to the lady being cute and telling her a story and all she could do was ignore him and complain about how much food I was putting in my container that I had thoroughly paid 7.50 a piece for. I left and wasnt even given a bag for my food. Ive heard of this place havinf cockroaches and Board of Health issues before but if that doesnt run the place into the ground. I am positive the staff will. Good luck Great Wall. You shall no longer have my business.

As good as the food is, the customer service is worth zero stars. Even though Im a regular customer who goes every other day to get to-go food, I thought that I would be respected a little considering I bring in a lot of revenue for them. Instead, there is this Asian lady who every time I go starts pointing at me and yelling in a loud voice thinking that I dont understand that she is cussing me out to the other staff. Every time I go, she is always staring vigorously at me, getting angry at how much food I put in my box, even though I pay $10.90 to fill my box. In addition, I only put a total of four items in my box, so I dont really understand whats her problem. Every time I go, the floor is always sticky. They also mix yesterdays food with the freshly cooked food. I hope the rumor about the cockroaches is untrue?!?!?!?! A note of advice, dont let the Asian lady work outside the kitchen where customers are.

Me and my fiancé visited for lunch here one day. Normally loving the food, we were expecting another great meal, and no doubt it would have been, except today there was no food to be put on the plate. We arrived at 11:40 (40 minutes after they open) and all that was prepared so far was a fee veggies, fruit, and pizza. Normally love this place but extremely unsatisfied today.

The buffet mostly caters to local taste buds. On the buffet youll find fine Asian delicacies such as pizza, fried biscuits sprinkled with powdered sugar, and chicken on a stick. They have a Mongolian grill which isnt bad as a back up plan.
