I have ordered from them 3 times now. I always get the deep fried Lemon Chicken, but everytime it is so over cooked it is tough to get through the batter. Once I get to the chicken it is amazing, as are the fried rice and egg rolls etc. The problem I have is with the service. It is difficult to understand everyone I have dealt with there, and their customer service is dreadful. I had ordered from China King on E. Washington street for years, but they dont have the deep fried chicken, so I had to go to this establishment to get it, but Ill never go back. The folks at China King are very kind and have messed up the 2 litres I ordered and not only fixed the problem, but were extremely apologetic. I tipped the guy from Beijing the other day, and he didnt thank me, smile, or anything. He just acted like I inconvenienced him for having to bring my food to me and walked off.

Called in a delivery order, girl said it would be 45 minutes. I live 3 miles away. After an hour I called & asked about my order & the girl told me "oh 45 minutes, around 45 minutes your driver is on the way" & she hung up on me. After another 10 minutes I called again & they didnt answer. It took me another try for someone to answer who knows if they were really the manager. I told him I would pay the $10 minimum but I would not pay the full price of the food ($15) becuz of the customer service & the fact my food was late. He argued with me saying I still had to pay full price & told the driver not to give me any food at all. So over an hour I waited & didnt even get my food. Order from here all the time, but never again.

GOT EXTREMELY SICK EATING THEIR FOOD BE CAREFUL. Rude customer service I called to order and I simply hung up and couldnt bare giving my hard earned money to a business with such disgustingly poor phone manners, When I ordered on a separate occasion and realized the same place with the rude service also made me sick decided to write a review. the rice was hard ,and tasted almost rotten. As a business man who works late and orders Chinese quite often. For myself and my colleagues in bulks. I wouldnt advise anyone to eat nor order from here.

I called for delivery at 4pm... They called me and told me to come outside to get my order once they areived. I asked for no onion and no mushroom both were still on there. The guy who answered was rude, and was rushing us off the phone. Told us to look at the menu, and call back because they didnt have lobster which it says they do on their menu. My first and last time ordering from this place!

I tried to call in and place an order at this restaurant for pickup. Because my phone number was not an Indy area code I could not place an order?! I was told if Ive never eaten there I couldnt place an order. Couldnt even try out the food if I wanted to. If your in town visit Oriental inn not this restaurant!

Food was good! The dumplings are huge! Delivered fast and hot. My only problem was that the pepper steak I ordered had hardly any meat in it, it was 90% onions and bell peppers and drowned in sauce. Other than that I was very happy

Singapore mei fun is amazing. Cashew chicken is just the way it should be, full of chicken and cashews. So disappointed whenever I go anywhere else. Orange chicken is always crunchy and delicious.

This place is terrible! Theyre slow, rude, and have poor customer service. I paid when I ordered, and it took almost 2 hours to get my food. The food was cold, too. Ill never buy from them again.

I would recommend this establishment. The food is great. Not bland. Lunch special is less than 4 bucks. 8 crab rangoons to an order! I order these every time i go. You will not be dissappointed.
