I have not been here yet... But I have done my home work, and I have found this place to be highly recommend... Even one of the best Asian restaurants in Alabama... I will be there next Tuesday... So I will try it out and let you all know... I am writing this because of a review I read from a person that worked there for a whole 11 Days!!! I am sick of crappy people hurting good places this guy sounds like an idiot. ... And again ...I have read so many good things about this place... Enough that I am planing on eating there, and I live in Texas. So, it better be damn good...lol. Watch for my updated review.... Well I did get to go eat here this past week.. The service was great..(I was only one in there at 3pm). Place looks clean. I am sad to say I was not impressed... The eggrolls were really different... I had the Mongolian pork, it was okay, but the pork was chewy. I also had some pork fried rice... It was not very good.. Well I was hoping g this was going to be better, but even if I lived there...I wouldnt eat what I ordered... The place was clean. Super nice service.

Weve been to Mings about three times now. After three visits, I think its safe to say that Sunday lunch is the best experience so far. Yes, they are very busy, but I think thats why it was such a great experience. The food was amazing and the service was attentive. Last Sunday, we had lunch there. I ordered the Sweet and Sour pork and the other three people in our party ordered Sweet and Sour chicken. What sets Mings apart from "Chinese restaurant in a box" takeout locations is the fact that they cook their sweet and sour meats with vegetables and pineapple. The lunch includes an egg roll, soup, and rice. The waiter was always keeping our drinks filled and the meal came shortly after we ordered it (even though it was very busy). Getting seated was awkward because people were "waiting in line" off to the side of the hostess podium, so I didnt know I was cutting in front of them to reserve a table. It all worked out, and we were seated within five minutes of arriving (again, even though it was extremely busy).

I worked here for a month.they have new owners from Atlanta Georgia.its a roach motel and a sweat shop. I stop eating the food, what ever they drop on the ground they pick it back up.Ive seen food that the owners prepare, it literally looks like something crawled into the plate. The only ones I talked to was the 2 American waiters .the owners cut the AC off.so it gets extremely hot in the kitchen. The cooks recycle food at for the next day.I would give them no stars if I could. I have pictures but dont know how to post them on here

The restaurant atmosphere and service was good, but the food was not good. I ate the nastiest egg roll, I have ever had in my life. It was absolutely disgusting. I cant drink enough water to get the taste out of my mouth. I went based on coworkers advice and Im mad I went. On a scale of 1-10, the sesame chicken was a 5. I will not be back and I recommend you dont come. I should known it was bad, because its a Saturday night and hardly anyone was there.

The service was amazing. When I arrived, I was immediately seated. The hostess pulled my chair out for me. Less than 30 seconds later, a waiter came over to take my drink orders. The customer service is outstanding. The plates and utensils were clean. I ordered the hot sour soup; it is the best I have ever had in my life. Also, the yushan garlic chicken and fried rice was delicious. Prices are reasonable. I give it 5 stars !!!

Mings is absolutely the best Chinese restaurant in town. From the decor to the food and customer service, they are outstanding. I honestly have tried just about everywhere! The take-out is hot with generous portions, but if you choose to eat there, you will not be disappointed. The prices are a little more than the other Chinese restaurants, but it is well worth it. You get what you pay for in quality food!!!

I just had the Kung Pao chicken and it was delicious! The sweet iced tea was superb! For that matter, my entire meal was great! Ive tried other dishes here, but I keep coming back to the Kung Pao. My wifes favorite is the Szechuan beef, which is fairly spicy. If you are only interested in quantity, go to a buffet. On the other hand, if you want authentic (and scrumptious) Chinese food, go too Mings.

Nothing special at all. Egg rolls were all cabbage, sauces were horrible, tables were too small for four people, meats were tough or buried in so much batter that you didnt know what you were eating, and fried rice was little more than rice with soy sauce. The best part of the meal was the hot & sour soup which was very basic. Better off going to a Chinese buffet if this is what youre hoping for.

This place claims to be the best chinese in the local area... and I believe it! I ordered the Gen Tso Chix and it was one of the best ive had ever! And im taking about throughout the U.S. bc im a chinese food fanatic. The dining visuals are nice and elegant and the prices are right as well. This place made me a fan! When ever I come to Alabama I will definitely grab a bite to eat from here.

Wasnt expecting a lot. Went thinking it was maybe a buffet. This place was absolutely amazing. Prices were great but food was even better. Had General Tsos Chicken, eggrolls and the crab rangoons. The food was a lot different than I usually get at a Chinese restaurant. All of it was very fresh and I got the feeling they took a lot of care in fixing their foods.

I dined in with my family tonight and was completely impressed! The service was outstanding! They provided everything we needed and more (& without even having to ask). And the food... Was absolutely AMAZING! If you havent tried Mings Garden yet, I suggest you go the first chance you get! We will definitely be going back, again and again!

Mings quality of food and service was A1. At the time of order it had a quick return of food starting with the delicious Pu Pu Platter for two. The facility was clean and nicely arranged. The bathroom needs a renovation; however, the overall experience was one worth having again and again. This place was just what I was looking for!

The worst place I have ever been. I dont understand why the owner chooses how much customer has to pay for tips. The owner, he was very rude and did not care about service or satisfaction, a stupid person who just wants money, thats it. Plus, I saw an hair in food which I addressed but nothing was changed.
