If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was probably one of the worst meals of my life, especially for the cost. If I had this food for free I wouldnt have eaten it, let alone have paid for it. I just wish that I had taken a look before I paid. The salmon that they had for dinner was overcooked and though sitting in a big pool of broth, it was dry and SOUR. Seemed like it was spoiled fish that they cooked. Their "salad bar" had strange ingredients like pickles and canned fruit to put into it. The boiled shrimp was curled around some sorta goop which I couldnt begin to identify. Green beans were mostly grease. Everything looked like it had been sitting outside for days on end. I took a look at everything and picked a handful of things that looked edible, but just the egg drop soup, broccoli, and rice passed as food. Just very, very sad. The place itself is dingy and everything looks dated. No music, just a room full of other sad people eating dinner on the cheap.

August 2017 -The food is the most generic Chinese buffet food you can get. Chinese people I know would say it is American Chinese food not "real" Chinese food. Lots of frying grease and corn starch thickened bland sauces. A good thing is it is not very humid, most buffets are like eating in steam. A sort of bad thing is they have no background music except right at the place you pay for the buffet, so it doesnt seem very cheerful. It is not a place to impress anyone, but its not run down like most buffets, and is clean. It is lots of food, thats about it.

There used to be a place across Madison from here that recently closed, so we have started coming here. Its a better looking place, clean in and out. A little more expensive. Not a big selection, but really it doesnt need to be. Food when I was there was good, warm. Staff friendly, but really outside of paying and picking up plates, there isnt much interaction. Ill continue to go here until something better price/food comes along.

This place is okay. I went today. Today is my birthday. I went alone. I forgot to have a fortune cookie and I regret that. Its usually the only thing to bring me joy on my birthday. I called my mom. My brother called me. Erin came over and gave me a lovely present. Its classes at the art center! Anyway. The mushrooms were better than the beef so I took more of them and on my second trip I took no beef. Only mushrooms!

The best price for a Chinese Buffet in town!!! Better than Lucky 8 and Hibachi Grill they are too pricy and too much food not handling well and properly. I would not waste my money in eating at big or giant buffet restaurant. Remember we only got one stomach not 2 hahahaha...... even subway and enzo pizza just for one little entree cost more than 9 bucks and do the math

Great China buffet should be called great cockroaches Buffet I ate there today corner of my eye I saw a cockroach run up the wall I told them about it they didnt do nothing they said its normal the food was not hot at all and I was kind of uncomfortable they are standing around watching me eat I would never eat there again JANUARY 11, 2017

Not impressed. Salad bar was pitiful, food not the greatest, and atmosphere to quiet. Fried rice was dry, crab Rangoon were questionable, not enough options. You have to get own drinks and refill. Only reason Im giving two stars because the price for the buffet is cheap. Just not recommended, much better buffets elsewhere!

The price is average for a china buffet. One good thing I can say is that they kept rotating fresh foods out but the taste was in no way satisfying. Small selection of choices as well, I am a beef/seafood eater only and had one beef dish and 2 seafood dishes to choose from.

There was a good selection of food but not a large selection. The food was good but not great. The food was in smaller trays which meant that they were changed more often and the food was fresher. The prices were very reasonable with discounts for younger people.

Its ok. The food is decent and its almost always fresh, but the choices are kinda limited but to be expected from a small buffet. The staff leaves you be, which I think is nice. The price isnt bad either. I still go there every once and a while

cheap price and great food!!!! never go wrong with this place ....i go back again and again!!!!! as old saying " you leave hungry....thats your falt" you get fill up.....dont forget about the ice cream too!!! yum yum good
