Went in to grab a sandwich and a coffee. Customer service is not at the top of their priority list. I chose to grab an orange juice instead of having a cappuccino made since it took 5 minutes to make the womans ahead of me. When being rung up, I was given the merchant copy receipt and upon asking for my itemized receipt, I was told no. I couldnt even get a copy of my own receipt. I asked if it could be reprinted and was told no again. Such a simple thing that could have been done, but now they lost my business.

Every time I have been to this location they are out of the dark roast coffee at the self-serve station. Even when they are told it is empty it usually doesnt get filled/replaced for good 15 to 20 minutes. Obviously this is a popular brew for this this location. You would think theyd have a replacement container ready to go, especially in the morning.

Bagels and food are good, but the staff and management dont know how valuable peoples time are..... Service was exceptionally slow this AM and they were woefully understaffed. The employees dont seem to follow a logical workflow to improve the situation and speed things up and the management didnt lead by example.

The service is top notch! The employees here are fabulous, and theyre the reason I keep coming back. The food is delicious... Im addicted to the chocolate chip coffee cake! Its also a great place to go and get some work done or read a good book. For me, its a sort of harbor from the craziness of life.

More parking is available behind the building. There is a back door with the Einsteins logo and name on it. Visited on a bustling Saturday morning. Delicious food and friendly, attentive staff. Comfortable surroundings. A great place to relax and converse over a good drink and a tasty bagel.

Ive came to this location on average of twice a week for the past year. At first it was fantastic, service was good and bagels were even better. However, the last 3 times Ive came in my order has been messed up and service has slipped considerably.

Been here a couple times. I have had overall good experiences, but one visit the workers there were surprisingly rude. One woman walks around and checks on you while you are there and she is always so kind it brightens anyones day.

I really like that I can bring my thermos in and use it. There is usually a line in the mornings during the week but they do a good job of getting the order correct and done quickly.

LOVE THEM No matter when I go they are very friendly towards me. Not happy when they run out of apple cinnamon bagels but, the strawberry banana smoothie makes up for it.

I eat breakfast here a couple of days a week. I love their "Farmhouse Egg Sandwich." Theres a lot of regulars that hang out here. So its a good place to make a friend.
