A few weeks ago a very large group of us from work decided to go there but were concerned with our 1hr lunch time constraint. So on an off chance, I emailed over our orders so that once we got there our meals would be ready shortly after. Our party went from 10 to 14 to 16 and Hacienda was very accommodating and on it. They had no problem keeping up with our demands and getting us in and out on time. The server Debbie was awesome along with all the other staff members that helped her. They worked as a team to keep us happy. Weve gone there a couple times since and they havent disappointed. THANKS HACIENDA for bending over backwards to keep us on schedule!!

Nicht ganz so gut wie bei unseren letzten Besuchen vor 11 Jahren, aber trotzdem gibt es hier leckeres Essen und leckere Magaritas. Im Vergleich zu einem guten Mexikaner in Deutschland, ist Hacienda um einige Meilen voraus. Die Bedienung war bei allen drei Besuchen des Restaurants sehr freundlich.

awful food. Salsa is basically spiced tomato sauce. food took almost an hour to come out. wet burrito was one of the worst tasting items I have ever had. medium rare steak was literally purple inside and uncooked. Both items were sent back, Son and I waited for wife and daughter to finish fajitas, which werent great but werent terrible either. Manager gave us $35 off the bill which was about the price of the two items we didnt eat. If you like real Mexican food, this is NOT your place.

Expect to be seated near a drunken hillbilly that yells into his cellphone despite people at other tables making fun of him. He yelled at someone named britney and is unhappy about the loss of his van. Dont mess with this guys van maaaan, Im guessing its the best pedo-mobile ever made! His wife (or kidnap-ee) appeared to be made out of leather, and Im guessing she makes a living in truck stop parking lots. Why the Hacienda staff let this rude behaviour go on so long is beyond me.

I will not be back to Hacienda again. They cant get my order correct. I have to have gluten free. I have given my order exactly how I want it and it still gets messed up. Have tried to have a manager take my order but it still gets screwed up. The kitchen people they are using apparently are not smart enough to read tickets or follow directions. The wait staff are not properly trained to become wait staff. They are in need of good people. I wont be back any time soon.

I usually love this place. But dear gracious. Get rid of Krazy. She is the worst waitress ever. Ignored us for the first 20 minutes we were there. Had to have someone finally bring us chips and drinks. Another 10 minutes, we ordered! 40 minutes of eating and chatting. Everything is normal. But then it 20 minutes to be noticed again. And then another 20 minutes for her to come take our payment. I will be asking for a new waitress if I ever get stuck with her again.

Terrible tasting food! If you went in with normal blood pressure you left with the need to be on high blood pressure pills. The amount of salt added to the the wet burritos and to the enchiladas was more than excessive. It was so bad that the 5 members in my party were not able to finish more than half the meal. The salsa tasted like it was made of ketchup as a cheap alternative to good salsa. I made my last and only visit to Hacienda Restaurant in Goshen.

I went on a date there and my food was served with a special coating of Delicious Melted Plastic! The food isnt my favorite but my date insisted just like everyone in this town that we go there. It was the worst thing Ive ever seen on a dish served in a restaurant so, I told the waiter there was plastic on my food. Instead of offering a refund they asked if i wanted another one instead... Really? I go to the El Comino instead. Way better food and service.

Its not authentic.. Nor is it even really close. But who cares! Its great for what it is. I recommend the Original Burrito Combo, with the Queso soup and get their special ranch for your chips. If you arent expecting authenticity Hacienda puts a great spin on Mexican. I frequent them often with my amigos and weve never been disappointed.

Chips and salsa?- no, it was chips & Ragu with a sprinkle of lemon juice. The Choose your own menu items? Pre-made in the mornings and not possible to have any other way. So much for choose your own! Drinks? Decent amount of choice, fairly priced. A great starting out spot for the local kids to get their hands dirty as a first job.

Went there today for mothers day. Have 5 adults, and 5 children under the age of 9. Sat down at 3 pm, received our food at 4:15, left at 5:15. Pathetic. Food obviously sat for some time, and our waitress was drugged out of her mind it seemed. If KRAZY is your waitress, trust me ask for a different one or leave.

The food is greasy and very bad quality. The meat is nasty and looks as if it came right out of a can. The food used to be okay, but over the past year or two, it has gone down hill. I get a stomach ache evey time I go here.... I will NEVER go back. I dont understand why people think this is good food???

Not a fan of local Haciendas. Food is less than good, prices are high , in my opinion, and service is less than adequate. Recommend Rickys Taquierra in Elkhart for excellent Mexican food at great prices. Yes it is a taco stand, and yes you may wait for your order, but it is worth it.

The food is really heavy and its not all that authentic. If you like rubbery cheese like its nobodys business then youll love this place. For as uninspiring as the food is; its often crowded here. To be fare, if youre careful you can find good for here.

All I wanted was a bite to eat. But no, Had to leave because it wasnt important enough to get served. Really? After 3 bowls of salsa and ranch 2 bowls of chips. Still couldnt eat, cause it wasnt important enough. Why? ????? What happend here?

I unfortunately just witnessed this... Waitresses really shouldnt be picking up salsa from a table that just left (hasnt been cleaned yet) and give it to a table that just sat down. Dont they know thats extremely nasty? And pretty sure illegal?

My favorite restaurant! The salsa is amazing and the food is just as good. The staff is usually pretty good, but there have been a couple times when me and my Fiance felt like the waitress gave way better service to a bigger party.

We used to eat at the Elkhart location about every weekend 20 years ago. This was in Goshen although it was the same great food that I was used to. You cant go wrong with the wet burrito & of course a margarita.

This Hacienda has better salsa than other ones in the nearby area. We often go here before seeing a movie and the service us usually pretty fast. I would recommend the ground beef or seafood chimichangas!
