Let the Buyer beware! I went to a Starbucks specifically wanting to use their Internet. AFTER buying my coffee and breakfast, I was told by a CUSTOMER that the Internet was DOWN. And it had been DOWN for probably a half hour. I stayed for an hour and ate my food. When I called back while driving away and asked to speak to a manager, she LIED and said their Internet was down for a half hour. I told her the staff at the counter should be telling EVERY customer that her Internet was DOWN. She just had an "Im sorry" for me. Im not the only customer who was unhappy about buying food and drinks and then not being able to use the Internet. I witnessed 2 others, and there were probably more, because practically every seat was taken in the place, including at least 1 study group. What a joke!

This store is near Gas City and Jonesboro Indiana. Being right next to Interstate 69, it provides for the frequent traveller or tourist passing by as well as for the locals in the area. The shop is clean, cozy, has fantastic service and customer care and definitely provides quality coffee, tea, pastries, and breakfast foods to the general public.

THANK GOD FOR STARBUCKS....I swore to God that Id never pay $4 for a freaking cup of coffee, now Im addicted. It is clearly better coffee, just wish I could figure out what drug they have me addicted to. PS build your new stores so big trucks can access.(or park near) Nobody drinks more freakin coffee than a trucker....itll be a win, win.

The store was a little cluttered and had only one working bathroom. Thankfully, I overheard someone else say there wasnt much toilet paper and I snuck into the out of order one to snag a bunch of tp. Other than this snafu we did get exactly the drinks we wanted quickly, to order and with a smile.

Hours clearly said 11pm, 10:45 lights on customer inside. With no response at drive up speaker, we pull around and they mouthed to us thru window they were closed. They just didnt want to help anyone else while they clearly were not closed nor should they had been.

This location is always overly crowded, and not because its especially good. I cant remember the last time I was able to sit down inside because every seat was taken by people planning to stay for a long time. The last time I went I got stale coffee and left.

Been here maybe only 6 times and have been happy with the staff so far. Seems to be almost always jammed packed, but thats expected considering Interstate 69 and Taylor University near by.

Almost no line ups the day I went. Starbucks quality is pretty standard across North America. Staff were polite. Site was clean. Very convenient off highway/interstate location.

Basic Starbucks. Good from my drives from Indy to Fort Wayne. It is a quick stop at about the halfway point. Staff was friendly and helpful and the drinks are delicious.
