I had been going to this restaurant for years.... But as of Yesterday afternoon I will no longer patrain this restaurant after the way my fiances mother and I were treated as customers! The waiter did her job just fine, But the owner herself was not very polite or caring that the food she had served was not fully cooked. Then the Owner herself, came and literally snatched the plate off the table, not saying anything except is this the fish?... So she took it and put it BACK IN THE DEEP FRYER (unsanitary), but yet claimed it was fresh fish.... When I sat there at the table and WATCHED her put the old in the fryer... Then when we told the owner we wasnt paying for uneatable food... she proceeded to say that she was not welcome back at the restaurant

What an EXCELLENT place to eat! The food was freshly prepared, well-priced, and just as excellent as the very personal service received from our server AND the owners. Its rare to have such personable service from the owners of a restaurant, so I was pleasantly surprised to have her stop by and interact with our table. BRAVO Midway Country Café; 5-Stars genuinely earned!
