Great location and one of the few that has the coveted "Pokemon Go" frappuccino. I called ahead to order it and they didnt treat me like a crazy person when I asked for it. I usually come here just to get a quick pick-me-up before I head to the Game X Change across the street. It really isnt all that different from any other Starbucks location. The staff there, however, are always on point and Ive never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a drink - even on a busy day. Plus they have video game-themed drinks so what could be bad about that? Highly recommended!

This is as busy a starbucks as you will find outside of in a large city. Its insane. They have struggled with speed of service for a few years now. I believe they had a management shakeup in the past year, but honestly I am not sure it has made much of a difference. It feels like it is 3 minutes per car in drive through. I have often had 10 minutes from order speaker to pulling out, which is very poor. The drive through at Hazel Dell and 126th is an order of magnitude faster.

Nice baristas, but they ALWAYS mess up my order. They let the espresso sit too long, so it dies and tastes very bitter, the milk tastes burnt, and they either under or overdo the syrups, so its horribly sweet. I normally dont leave reviews but this has happened every time I go with no change. It also takes at least ten min to get a regular latte... it should take 3 to 5... Even when they redo it still tastep bad.

I cant praise enough about the Starbucks. It is the only one I will go to. Its close to home my home and easy to get to. It does get busy during a couple of peak hours but that is excepted since the other locations are far and its a big town. But I have to say despite that the staff is always friendly, cheery and kind. I love all the employees and am always happy to see their smiles when I go in.

For whatever reason this Starbucks coffee is not nearly as good as other locations. Ive never worked a coffee shop so I dont know the in s and outs, but its almost like theyre not cleaning or rinsing or changing out stuff correctly. The coffee here just seems to always have a stale taste, whereas other locations Ive been too fill you with the warm sunshine you get from a perfect cup of Starbucks.

Every time I go to bed Starbucks I order a quad caramel macchiato and every single time I have to go in cuz it tastes like water I dont know if theres something wrong with the machines or what but Im tired of paying $6.59 and it tastes like water

Its a okay location. Service is not reliable. Sometimes they make your drink right and sometimes they dont. Employees are usually friendly. Not a great location but, not bad either.

I used to go here every day before work. The staff is very friendly and actually knows how to make drinks quickly and as ordered. I only stopped going because I bought a coffee maker.

The barista was very rude when we asked for them to redo a drink that was messed up, and when we got the drink back that was supposed to be fixed it was terrible, and watery.
