I would give this location a -5, I ordered my usual frappucino and a macchiato for a friend. As I was drinking my frappucino through a straw I noticed something in my mouth, which appeared to be a fingernail. Needless to say I am disgusted and will NEVER be returning. I have had previous problems with no one responding at the drive through or window during business hours. When I did complain about the drive through, I was told by a Starbucks employee, "to let me know when its a perfect world." I would think for the amount of money you spend at Starbucks it would be a great experience every time, I have frequented many Starbuck stores at different locations and have not had any problems.

Displays, cleanliness, comfy chairs lived up to the Starbucks standard but sadly my drink did not. I like my drink a specific way like most people who pay this price for coffee/tea. So yah my order is very long and I tend to have to repeat it but usually it saves me from having to have it remade. Sadly they messed it up the first time and gave me normal milk instead of soy which is very bad for me. The second time it wasnt done correctly but it was soy and there was a line and I simply didnt wish to make others wait. So I left, Ill be taking my business to the Kokomo location instead even tho its a longer drive.

Seen one, seen them all and the coffee is nothing to write home about; however, I go to Starbucks for the ambiance. This location has NONE and, unfortunately, it is the only one in town :-( . Ive been going here A LOT for two years, and Im a Gold Card member. Never once has any of the crew called me by name, even though its imprinted on my card; I guess its too much to ask to be treated like a person and not just another sale. Sure miss my Starbucks from back home where they care who you are, and are glad for your business.

If youve been to one, youve been to all of them. The coffee is okay. The place is better during the summer than during the winter because the place is a wind tunnel. The winter wind blows right through the joint! Great for a group discussion, but its limited on seating, and it gets noisy so its not suitable for taking in work to get finished!

The original Starbucks and roastery are by far the best starbucks as far as experience, but for my money, friendliness, and that "cheers" type of feeling,I love the Marion, Indiana Starbucks the most!
