This hotel is incredibly nasty! We stayed here 1 night. On the surface, the hotel looks very nice and clean, but boy was I wrong! During my stay, I had misplaced my cell phone. Of course I start to look thoroughly in the room. My wife and I moved the mattress to look under the bed. When the mattress was moved, we found a crack pipe under the bed! We were shocked! When the sheets were off, we also noticed how nasty the mattress was. I couldnt believe that we just slept on such a nasty bed. Then there were cob webs in the corners of the room, and the exhaust vent in the bathroom had clearly never been cleaned. I informed the front desk what we saw in our room when we checked out, and I was informed to contact the general manager by email. I sent Mr. Daniel Arnold an email 5 days ago asking that he resolve this situation, but he wont return my emails.

Upon check-in Raymond (Assistant General Manager) was extremely polite, helpful and noticeably went above and beyond to ensure our requests were fulfilled. The hotel and our room are decorated in tasteful modern decor. Our room was comfortably equipped with amenities one expects from a suite in this price range. Unfortunately due to business needs, we needed to cancel the remainder of our reservation, and Daniel (General Manager) provided outstanding customer service for our last second changes. Highly recommended.

This hotel was wonderful. It was clean, the room was huge, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only 2 complaints were in regards to housekeeping. Some food from the previous nights guest was still in the cabinets, and housekeeping ignored our Do Not Disturb sign and knocked several times and tried to open the door until I had to get up and tell them we were sleeping and motion toward the Do Not Disturb sign. This was our first stay with Hilton and we were very impressed.

Rooms are clean,staff is nice. There was a large group of kids with a baseball team that was loud and obnoxious in the pool and hallways .Woulda been nice to have been given a heads up on that and also the hot tub was down. Definitely not worth the money. Also a loud group of baseball parents outside and can hear them yelling through the windows...location is good but so dissatisfied in this visit. Lots of money for no sleep...

I visited the Hilton Garden Inn for a wedding party. The place was very clean and very well laid out to accommodate the wedding. Waitresses, bartenders and and the people setting up the tables and chairs were very professional and curtious. Everything went very smoothly and I would not hesitate to go back there again for any type of event.

The hotel was decent. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. In the morning, however, we went to the breakfast buffet and after we sat down with our food we received a bill. Would have been nice to know they were charging. The food was awful and of I had know I was buying it we would have went somewhere else.

Hotel was a fantastic decision! Large rooms, jets in the tub, and the separate living room and kitchenettes were excellent. The only complaint was the hotel restaurant where I had dinner; the sriracha salmon with seasoned rice, literally tasted like a microwaved dish, with sriracha squirted on top.

We were informed there were baseball teams staying during our visit yet we were required to sign a "code of conduct", I thought this was strange. Hotel has a large pool which we had to leave because of boys spitting around the pool. Breakfast staff was grump and rude. Rooms were very clean.

I love the room it is very comfortable and the staff is very courteous. Its near the mall and near the highway but very quiet. It has a exercise room and a indoor pool. They serve breakfast from 7 to 11 for 9.95, buffet style, thats a very good deal. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our Desk Person, Calmetta, went above and beyond to help us after we had a problem with our Expedia reservation. She genuinely was concerned with our satisfaction. What a great stay at this place. Everything was positive. Thank you Calmetta, and the entire staff. We will return.

Very nice on off highway location and this facility has a bar which makes it nice for the traveling saleman that likes a cocktail after dinner without driving. Overall appearance of the hotel and facilities were very neat and clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful

Only left one star because I couldnt leave any LESS! Dont stay here. The GM is rude and hateful toward staff and it leaves a dirty vibe. I would feel more welcome at the scariest hotel in IN. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. K? Good talk.

Great night stay. We had a minor issue and I received an email the following day apologizing again! FABULOUS BREAKFAST, as noted when we booked the room it wasnt free. I would rather pay for a great breakfast than have a crappy free one.

HGI is located near an outlet mall and is a short distance from a number of food options. The rooms are cozy with the ability to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel 10/10. The rooms and overall hotel was clean. There was a nice pool and patio outside. There is not a breakfast included but the $10 breakfast is well worth it.
