Highly disappointed in the customer service at this location, I called in an order to be picked up at 3:45, when I arrived there (at 3:45), the food was cold, so I requested that they remake the food, and I was very polite about it. Additionally, when I requested a receipt (because the waitress failed to give me one) the waitress made the comment "Are you serious?" and wasnt using humor when said comment was made. Its rare for me to find someone with the IQ equivalent to a door knob, but.... I find it difficult to believe someone with some sort of intelligence would make a comment like that to a guest at the restaurant where they are employed. I emailed their corporate office as well, however they are franchised, so there was little that could be done they told me, however Google reviews are a pretty good resource not to mention a resource that is commonly used, so this is my contribution to getting their attention. Buffalo Wild Wings, this location needs some hospitality manner attention!

We walked in and waited 10 minutes to be seated in a building that was half full because the woman seating wasnt at the entrance. When she finally decided to do her job, we were seated at a booth and waited 25 minutes with no waitress. People were talking and joking and working all around us. We even spoke up to a woman and she walked right on by not even looking at us. Finally my husband went back up to the woman to ask why we didnt have a waitress. She then said that it was because no one was assigned to the table and that she would find someone. She brought us waters, did not apologize that we just wasted 35 minutes and said she would grab someone to serve us. 10 minutes later, the seater was no where to be found and we had enough. We wont be eating at Buffalo Wild Wings anymore. Terrible service with rude, uncaring, and dim witted people. Please someone take care of this problem. If thats a typical occurrence I dont know how the doors could still be open.

Went in about 11pm. They close at 1am. Hostess watched us stand there for about five minutes before greeting us. Looked at the three of us and said "How many in your party?", "We say 3" We asked for a booth. She looked at us and said "I guess is can clean one off." Looking into the dining room, the restaurant was a disaster zone! 90% of the booth tables were turned on thier side. The few that werent were covered in garbage and food. And there was not one server seen cleaning. The server look genuinely confused then finally went to walk us to a table. After looking at the condition of the restaurant and the lack intrest in helping us we decided to leave. Did I mention all the floor mats were stacked on the benches by the front door usually used for people waiting for tables? Horrible. This has to be a franchise store. No corporate store would ever allow this to happen. Someone would get fired. It was embarrassing. Avoid at all costs!

My husband and I went there for date night last week they were not busy whatsoever and we waited at least a half hour before I stormed out because we were completely ignored! We waited and waited for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink the employees just stared at us with absolutely nothing on our table and walked past as fast as they could fearing we would ask them for something! One girl who was supposed to be waiting our section stood at the booth in front of us looked at us and just sat down to roll silverware. ..Mind you this was TWO hours before closing time!!!!Before my husband and I left we counted three employees standing around with their arms crossed and more employees sitting down!!!When I complained through email never even got a call back or apology .Thanks for ruining date night!

I wont be patronizing this Bdubs again. Id heard rumors of very poor management and disrespectful treatment of employees, but when I actually saw a server fired on the spot for answering his cell phone before he was even clocked in I was pretty surprised. I understand the policy but it should be within reason. Overall the employees seemed very unhappy and this showed in their performance. A friend of mine worked in the kitchen and said the kitchen staff is completely neglected and the working conditions are very uncomfortable. How can I feel good eating food, knowing that is was prepared by angry employees? Should I feel comfortable spending money that obviously goes to fund the owners fancy cars while the entire staff makes minimum wage? This place is clearly a franchise ran by amateurs.

Called in an order 20 min ago, show up and the guy who took my order threw away the order and never got done. When I arrive he tries to play it out like it will only be 5 min..this is always happening at th is location and nothing ever changes. How lazy can people be and not do their job correctly, then they have the courage to say that folks from other places come here to take their jobs. Well get off your ass and do a good job. Treat people as you want to be treated unless you like to be treated like an idiot. Manager apologized and gave it to me for free bUT still, when this continues to happen people get tired and go someplace else. Its not like this is the only place in town and it certainly is not the cheapest or best in customer service. Bdubs, you need to get your act together.

My son works there and I dont understand how when someone leaves him a tip by credit card they deduct the amount of the tip from his paycheck. He is not a server but that shouldnt matter, that is a tip for his going out of his way to take care of the customers. They take the amount of the tip straight off of the top of his paycheck. So any time you leave a tip by credit card it goes straight in the owners pocket to pay for his 36 expensive cars while everyone who works there works for minimum wage. McDonalds pays more than they do. Then I see the other reviews about the services and with what they pay its no wonder, the only people they can hire are people who just dont care, and after Ive heard about what happens to the food I will never eat there ever again.

I was very hesitant to eat here based off of so many poor reviews of the service. Was staying at a nearby hotel so decided to avoid dining in for that reason thinking the food would be good to go. Well I didnt make it without seeing the truth behind the other reviews. As I was waiting by the front area for my to go order someone from the back (I couldnt see them) started cussing very loudly while throwing a pan around. Multiple screams of F-Bombs grabbed the attention of at least half the customers eating there. This place needs some revamping of their team. Worse BDubs Ive ever experienced. Food was ok at best. Few onion rings overcooked, one was so tough I couldnt bite through.

We went during a busy Saturday night, so all considered, the service was great even if super loud noise was all around us. I ordered the chicken quasedilla which looked delicious. Unfortunately, as I took a bite a long hair had to be pulled out of my mouth and the food. The other slices of the quesadilla was fine so I ate those. I didnt want to inconvenience the harried waitress so I didnt say anything, but I definitely dont want to go back again. All in all: meh wings Delicious quesadilla Health violation due to hair in the food Way too loud- not conducive to groups trying to talk
