Today was the worse time I have ever had at the 10th Street location . The waitress just put the queso in the candle on the table and didnt even light it never came back I had to light it myself let that go then she comes back and brings chips and salsa spill the salsa all over me and my feet and shoes and my husbands $200 pair of Jordans and then just leaves it there brings the food and says there anything else I can get you maybe the salsa that u just dropped all over me and maybe a rag to wipe myself and his shoes off she oh ok brings it and mind you she still has not said Im so sorry nothing then she bring me a Beef burrito instead of a chicken and cheese burrito.this girl doesnt need to be working....

My sisters and I went to Tumble Weed for a late lunch, on Sunday June 11. It took FOREVER to get our drinks and meal. We had, what seemed to be, a new waitress. My drink was wrong, my meal was wrong and last but not least my check was wrong. Part of my sisters bill was on mine. But to top it all off, the cook (a woman with a gray top. That looked to have crocheted openings on the back) was cursing loud enough to hear. She was commenting on some guys "...f*****d up attitude...". ( My apologies for the kind of repeated/implied foulness). I will not be going back to the TW in Jeffersonville._ Shari Boone. This AP made me choose a star. So I chose one. I would not have given one at all otherwise.

Tumbleweed you need to get your act together.we went from 3 times a week 4-5 years ago and tonite was the first time in 6 months and that was just to see if it was any better than the last few times.last few times the bar was dirty and sticky,bad service,smelled like old dirty bleach water.tonite wasnt any better.bar dirty,menu filthy.sad to say tumbleweed from my favorite restaurant to a rat hole.its obvious to many incompetent managers have been in charge to long.sadly tumbleweed mgmt has failed and i just spent probably spent my last dollar there.wake up corporate or your gonna be closing another store

Me and my husband went here last night 8-12-2017, and I have to say that we will not be back ... First the strawberry margarita I ordered I had to send back , strawberrys were old almost fermated and tasted like dirty socks, I gagged The stake and chicken fajita we ordered came out looking amazing ! But was so upset because the stake tasted like raw fish! A waste of $60 ,,,, The place was empty and workers were in such a rush to get everyone out! Only reason I have it 1 star is because of our server , he was nice and polite .. will no be back

This place used to be five star material. Always busy especially on Margarita Mondays. They have Thirsty Thursdays now too, but few people come out for the margaritas since they went to the Lime only flavor and price up the better ones. We still come here though and our orders are often messed up or they overcharge something. It may help to raise staff wages, since they always have new teens working as if its fast food. The servings are good though and I love the pork chops and ribs.

My wife and I went to Tumbleweed with our mail coupons. The food (burritos and guacamole) was fine and our server was even better. Her name is Daejah and we thank her for being such a wonderful waitress. We noticed you working very hard and kept a smile on your face the whole time. Great job. Hope to see you again next time we dine at Tumbleweed. 5+ Stars for Daejah.

Have been coming here for almost thirty years (yeah, dinosaur era) and my family, friends and randoms have the bestest time with the bestest Mexican food. I dont care what opens (Chi Chis was always a close one though) Tumbleweed remains my fav!!!! All these other so called tex-mex places come and go but never worry about whether my fav will be here.., No Doubt

Had my favorite dinner again tonight and, as usual, it was well prepared and the servers were friendly. Tonight was a special event but the event coordinators didnt overpower our dinner with their requests, which was appreciated. Their level of tact and courtesy was spot on. A wonderful location for a quick bite at this well-known chain.

Delicious queso . Busy busy. But Dakota to the rescue. Right on cue with refills even though triple seated.( in laymans terms having someone put in your section repeatedly). And back again with a bowl of chips to disguise the kitchen lagging cook times . Thanks Servers who are under appreciated Thanks Dakota. At tumbleweed in Jeff.

Service was terrible, she spilled tea on us, forgot things we asked for, took forever to order, food was dry, Burger not cooked right, food wasnt as good as I remembered tumbleweed to be, chips tasted weird and took forever to leave and get the check. Wasnt worth the hassle at all and made me sick afterwards

Your salsa tastes like ketchup and your cheese queso tastes like fake soy. Its a far cry from the original Tumbleweeds I grew up with. Had to send my order back twice and bartender couldnt make drinks right. Go eat authentic Mexican and leave this for the fishes.

Theres a lot to like here. The pork tenderloin sandwich, the ribs (best in the area), the apricot salsa, and apple tea are all wonderful. However, service has been iffy lately. I also sometimes find it difficult to get out of their booths.

I work at tumbleweed as a server and i eat there all the time. My friends and I go there to eat. A lot has changed there since I have been there and when I eat there the service was great and the good was great.

Im giving Tumbleweed 4stars simply because of a superior Chimichanga, outstanding queso, and surprisingly good crunchy beef tacos. The rest of the menu leaves much to be desired, and the salsa is chunky ketchup.

We use to eat here at least twice a week. The food has gone down hill so bad and the customer service is awful. Weve been looking for a new place to eat. Hopefully they can get it together soon.

The food wasnt that good and the chips were chewy and not crispy. The price was high compared to other restaurants. Go to El Sombrero or to Chuys. Terrible Tumbleweed.
