A previously good Taco Bell that is suffering from poor management. Over the past few months the wait times have become excessive. The employees change every time I visit. Ive witnessed employees in the parking lot screaming on their cell phones and crying. Ive come during the lunch hour only to be told they were closed due to lack of staff. Most recently, I waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes, listened as the customer in front of me ordered, to be told that their drive through computer (and only their drive through computer) was down. The order taker told me I could come in and wait in an insane line. She wouldnt simply walk over and take my order on one of the functioning computers. The design of their drive through meant I was stuck to sit and wait while they slowly filled the orders of those in front of me. Ive complained repeatedly... Both to the staff/management at the restaurant and at their customer service number. Nothing changes. No one ever calls back.

If I could give it negative stars I would . Service is horribly slow and every employee is rude including the manager that refused to give me a number of someone higher up so they could be made aware of how there business is being ran . Not only is the food always wrong the employees and manager could care less . I was yelled at by the so called manager when I called to let him know that after a 45 minute wait in the drive thru and a trip inside my food was still wrong and once I had to wait because they completely left out food I paid for I had to stand and wait for them to remake it while all my other food got cold .

Always idiot Carmel kids working there, always screwing up stuff. Manager yells at employees in front of customers... for little things. Always problems with orders. This location is DEFINATELY not the place to go if youre trying to make your own concoction, like putting sides together to make a chipotle chicken stack (its just flatbread, chicken, cheese and chipotle sauce). I usually dont rate fast food places, but this location consistantly fails in many areas. Due to the nature of fast food places, meaning high turnover, this is a management problem.

Im not sure what is going on with this place. I get off work at 9:00 they are supposed to close @ 10 during the week. I get there at 9:30 and on multiple occasions I order and am told that either they arent cooking any more meet (yep) or there is an issue in the kitchen and my wait will be 20-30 min. On the weekends they are supposed to close at 1 yet if you drive by the look like they are closed. The small sign on the street is lit but every light in the building is turned off. very weird, I just drive the 5 extra miles to the new Bell in Westfield

If waiting an hour for Taco Bell is your thing, and dealing with an incompetent staff is fun for you, then this is the Taco Bell for you. They are 100% underprepared for the lunch rush each day, and seemed perplexed by the fact that the drive thru line is out into the road at Noon on a weekday. I dont normally go to Fast Food places with high expectations, and I never leave bad reviews, but this was just down right bad. Terrible. Everyone working here was failing simultaneously.

Love the people and appreciate their willingness to create specialty orders for me. As a vegetarian, I believe substitutions are a must! The staff is generally kind, quick, and professional. I have had a few slow incidents and messed up orders, but thats pretty much to be expected in a fast food place. Also a few times in the past where they unexpectedly werent open for breakfast - hence my 4 stars. However, overall, things are great here.

Legitimately the worst taco bell i have ever been too. Always understaffed, rude associates, orders take forever and are poorly made and usually incorrect. Also not open at 7am. Just went there, and they wont answer the phones, doors are locked, nobody at drive through. Associates ignored myself and another woman. Ridiculous. I will not be giving this place my business again.

Choose another location if you can. They mess up your order very consistently. The last 5 times I have been there the food has been stale and I sometimes order extra sauce on my items and they never, and I mean NEVER put the right sauce or the amount. They have forgotten many of my items so every time I have gone here I always spend more and receive less.

Took forever to get my card to work tried to type it in 7 times before they called the manger over blamed it all on the computers hardly any meat on food and to top it off they didnt give me what i order and they complained about haveing to remake what i order but told me thats not what i orderd

Walked in and when I stepped up to the counter, the steamer was pulling up his saggy/falling off jeans(his underwear showing)with his gloves on, And then touched the food. Gross. Walked right out and went to stake n shake. Mandatory dress code and proper fitting cloths.

One of the slowest Taco Bell stores Ive been to. If its busy, never park and go in. The drive through line often goes out to to road during lunch, blocking everyone from leaving parking spaces. Of course the drive through will take you 20 minutes too.

The staff is a lot better and night crew seems to be a lot friendlier and happy to be there. I have waited less time in both drive thru and inside. Who ever this new manager is good job bringing in the new staff and getting rid of the grouchy people.

Staff was nice but Im in awe at how bad they messed up my order, I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and 2 soft tacos, I got a Chalupa (pretty gross btw), a 7 layer burrito, and some chicken taco... wouldve just went back, but I was on my way to work.

Nice restaurant over all. The only time Ive stopped the lobby was closed and all customers were forced to go through the drive-thru. That process was pretty slow, but I cant that that really surprised me considering the circumstances.

Typical Taco Bell food. The inside was dirty once, but cleaner another time. However, I once saw an employee taking the time to pick up every cigarette and little piece of trash on the exterior of the building. I was impressed.

VERY unhappy with this store!! They never have any Caramel Apple Empanada when we stop there in the evening and we have stopped there many many times!! Would not recommend them at all if that is what you are looking for!!!

Place was disgusting... dirty floors(shoes sticking), dirty tables, and dirty walls. Felt like the AC wasnt on, sweating just sitting. And took 10 min to make my order, and it was wrong. Never going back to this location.

Its Taco Bell, you know you want it, and this particular location is quick and delicious. The location is clean and the staff is courteous and attentive. You know what you want and expect, and they dont disappoint.

Never get my order right, and I came in on a huge fight and no one apologized to me for the unprofessional situation unfolding. Then I couldnt even get half of what I ordered because there were no forks or potatoes.
