I dont really eat burger king but I decided to go to because I wanted a croissanwich. I go Friday and order the sausage egg & cheese, and french toast because hay what the heck!! The croissanwich is s smashed, tots are cold and the french toast didnt have any syrup with them. Today (Saturday) Im feeling a bit optimistic and go to BK again and get the same thing...only this time it wasnt...they got the syrup right but gave me a bacon, egg & cheese and at the the bacon wasnt cooked. I call the location for the guy to try and argue with me about them putting a receipt on the bag, and telling me he will replace my order this time but I need a receipt the next time. I told him when he gives me a receipt I will have one but until then wtf am I suppose to do about something hes not giving me. I know after this meal has been replaced there will be no next time. I already know Im going to have to go in to make sure my food is exactly how I want it before leaving. I will never go past Cracker Barrel,McDonalds, or even DQ just to try something new. My optimism has failed and and the employee/manager what ever his position failed to give me my receipt but argue with me about what they do when he clearly didnt do it or follow his companys protocol.

This used to be a "go to" spot on my lunch, but after my past few visits, it is being dropped. We all know what Burger King is, right? "Your way, right away" and what not. They are normally quick, accurate, and all is good. Pull in, order food, get food, be back to work with plenty of time in my 1 hour lunch to eat. The last few times, I pull in, order my food, and have waited between 20 and 30 minutes before receiving my food. When I get to the window, the service has been curt and borderline rude, and when I get back to work, while the food is hot, items like the lettuce is wilted, and the mayo looks a bit suspect. As I said, while this used to be a "go to" spot for me on lunch, it is now off the rotation. Slow service, poor service, and a decline in food quality are all contributing factors.

Very rude. I showed up at the drive thru at 10:28 am Asked if they were serving lunch. The manager said no and so I asked what time they start serving lunch and she said 10:30! Seriously. 2 min! Which I didnt mind waiting but she was serious about not taking my order for 2 min. A man came on the speaker and said for me to pull ahead to the 2nd window. When I got there it was the rude manager again and with an attitude she said "what do you want?" I said I feel like youre being very rude. She said Im not, "what do you want?" The cook asked her what I wanted to order and she told him that I couldnt decide!! Never going back there again!

I frequent this BK most am or for lunch as it is close to where I work. Breakfast crew wonderful. However at noon three or four times my order was wrong so I called to complain said they knew me next time on them. I never collected because I just wanted the service to improve. Again to day I asked for a an original chicken sandwich plain with just a piece of cheese and for the fifth time order wrong. This time looks like they took bun and tried to scrape off lettuce and mayo and slapped a cold piece of cheese on it. I am not one to post but that is either laziness or cant afford to be open.

Horrible service. After waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru, there were no apologies for my wait. In fact, the employee told me "she was not working the drive thru, so she doesnt know if I had to wait." I phoned the restaurant to speak with the manager, who kurtly apologized, explaining she was training lots of new employees today. While the food was hot, the fries were without salt. Definitely not with the wait. Try the McDonalds to the south or the Wendys to the north.

Horrible experience! The drive through lady was rude & unhelpful! The broiler was down so they couldnt make our chicken sandwich but didnt tell us until we pulled forward & didnt have a menu for us to look at to decide what we wanted instead. Then, she didnt keep track of which drink was diet vs regular. Nor did she smile once, say thank you, ask if we needed any condiments, or give us napkins. Management needs to change some things.

Terrible. Drive thru personel was ridiculously rude and hateful. Food was awful as well. Pretty sad you cant grab a burger anywhere anymore with out having a bad experience.
