This place is truly a hit or miss, most of the time a miss. I have gone several times to this location and it seems like for an order as simple as a slush or an ice cream takes forever. I kid not with you I waited twenty minutes for a small order for two items and this is not the only occurrence of this, often there is very few if any other people there since I tend to go late. The staff are often rude and uncaring to the customers. The food comes out either cold (if its supposed to be hot) and or messed all over the place.

on 3 different occasions Ive stopped on my way to work to pick up dinner and I always order the number 3. I ask for no onion or tomato. I dont mind if they accidentally put them on I can take them off but Im paying for a bacon cheeseburger combo and they forgot the bacon on the sandwich 3 times now today being the last. I prefer your burgers to the other fast food chains but its not worth driving out of my way if they cant even put the bacon on a bacon cheeseburger

This particular Sonic is consistently slow, hence the star being docked. However, every single carhop Ive interacted with has been very friendly and theyve never sent out one of my orders wrong, which is a big deal given that I typically ask for things like no ice in my drink or specific toppings left off my burger. If youre in a rush, youre definitely not going to want to stop here, but otherwise I really enjoy this Sonic.

I havent had "real" food here, but the frozen treats are pretty good. It seems like the place is staffed by local high school students, which is fine in and of itself, and theyre generally very polite, but seeing one of them walking around the kitchen in jeans with the pocket nearly worn through, just barely hanging onto the tin of chewing tobacco stashed there kind of makes me wary of food safety and hygiene standards.

While I understand that they may have been shorthanded at the moment, it still took about HALF AN HOUR to get through the drive through, and all I ordered were tater tots and a shake. The service staff didnt seem to care at all, and they didnt seem to be concerned that it was a rush and there was a line of cars a mile long. Laughing in the kitchen and moving very slowly. Not an energized staff.

The food is generic fast-food. The ice cream is very tasty, though. The selection of flavored drinks is large and normally tasty. The other reviews have mentioned rudeness, but Ive never experienced any rudeness from the staff. Ill also mention that my shake was made incorrectly one time and it was replaced without a hassle.

I work here the food was good just the people that work here is very rude! If u work here u have 2 bring $20.00 2 make change from your cash. Then get told u r takeing from them when i take your $20.00 back that u came with! Never work or eat here..

terrible services. We waited 20 mins for food and had to go check on it. They said it was almost done. Waited 10 minutes and finally left after 30 minutes all for a kids corn dog meal and 2 small sakes. Ridiculous.

They never get the order right. They always take an exceedingly long time to make the order. The wait might not be half bad if they actually got the order right. I love Sonic food but this one is terrible.

Frequent 20 to 30 minute waits for just a few shakes. Dont bring our food until after we complain. Love the shakes, but is the wait worth it? Previous years have not been bad, certainly not this bad...

Worst food. I had bunch of coupons and they told us that the coupons will work. After serving food, they told us that the coupons are expired. Ordinary burgers and ice cream. A bit rude too.

Our drinks were correct and we received them in a reasonable time (5mins). Staff was nice. We only had 3 cars in the lot...we visited after 10pm.
