Absolutely Horrible! Ate there last night with a friend and our children. It started off with waiting 30 minutes to get our appetizers, granted there was only 2 other customers. We get our "fried" pickles to find out they have been battered, frozen &BAKED! They were awful tasting. We order our food & they didnt even have what was on the menu, that I wanted. So I go with my second option which was the meatball sub, gross! The meatballs tasted like were straight out of the freezer, the marinara was awful and the bun was bigger then anyone could fit in there mouth. They forgot one of the kids orders & the Owner was absolutely Rude & Very Unprofessional. He apparently got upset that we were not satisfied & literally Snatched my friends plate & said he would take that & the sub off the ticket. After she stated 3 times, her meal was not the issue(she was putting it in a to-go box) & we didnt have a problem paying for Everything just wanted to let them know it was gross! I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never return!

We really enjoyed the County Line out in Navarre and also when they were across from the mall. That one closed but now theyre on James Lee Road and we were excited about going there again but we were disappointed. The staff were a group of young kids without mature management and the kitchen was no place in sight. The place used to be "The Lantern" and the bar part is still in half the building - pool tables, televisions, rowdy customers. No place for a family. The restaurant side is quieter and must use the same kitchen as the other side. We ordered a veggie medium and a "Boggy Boy" medium and both were just terrible. The sauce was minimal and the pizza was bland. We took half home and "doctored" it with garlic and more cheese but that didnt help much. I do not think the manager or cook at the Navarre location is supervising the James Lee Road location. We were disappointed but well give them a second chance in a month or so to see if theyve improved their pizza. I sure hope so.

The first time in, my order was burnt. No big deal, they had just opened. Give them another try, right? Second time, they made the wrong thing altogether. Dont hold it against them, all new employees, trying to get things figured out, right? Third time in...there for football Sunday, try something new for the day. Sat AT the bar for 10 minutes, no exaggeration, without so much as being acknowledged and we walked out. The last time I will spend my money there was tonight. The "specialty pizza" I brought home is so dry, is so bland, is so hard...Id be just as well off taking my $16 and flushing it, and choosing to eat cardboard. And here I was, excited, hoping to find a new, local favorite pizza...and what I got was worse than Ive ever gotten from a chain restaurant. So much for this place. Hope it gets better in the new year, but I wont be spending my money there again. Shouldve learned my lesson after being flat out ignored the last time we walked in the doors. Live and learn, right?

So my buddy and i got here at 430 and ordered soon after. By 515, we had yet to have our drinks refilled, asked to be filled, and had not heard anything about food. We asked the manager, who was easier to get a hold of than the bartender, and he said that our order had JUST been put in, over 30 minutes since we gave it. Then, when we finally got our food, the pizza was cut in a way that was very difficult to eat and had the cheese falling off every slice. When my salad came out (after my pizza) it was all iceberg rands (as seen in picture). Do not come here. Do not ever come here. This was the biggest mistake weve made since weve been here. Side note: Somebody brought their kids to the bar and theyve been screaming for the past 2 hours After the fact, it took another 10 minutes of actively trying to cash out to finally pay

Being a huge fan of the navarre location, I had high hopes for the ft walton restaurant. I only went to pick up a to go order, and after being ignored for 10 minutes at the bar, the floor manager had to ask a server to help me. The food itself was terrible. The rueban had no thousand island on it and was very dry. The marinara sauce tastes like it comes out of a can. My order was supposed to come with a salad, but they forgot it. Very disappointed as I live right down the road and was very excited about having a county line pizza next door. The only reason Im giving it two stars is because of the managers service. Hope this place gets fixed because we would eat there once a week.

We ordered a deep dish, two regular hand tossed, and a white buffalo chicken pizza. We also ordered some wings, cheesy crusts, and spaghetti and meatballs. Overall, the wings were decent enough, along with the spaghetti. The pizza was really underwhelming though. The deep dish wasnt bad, but all of the other pizzas had clearly been cooked for some time before the deep dish had come out. The kitchen needs to get its timings right. The service wasnt bad, which helps. I just think there might be better options around.

Well, where do I start... - order didnt get put in for 30 min because the waiter forgot - draft beer (New Belgium Fat Tire) was completely flat - pizza was cut in a pattern wholly unrecognizable, which made it pretty difficult to eat - my friend got a "salad" made entirely of iceberg lettuce husks with sporadic toppings, and no fork to eat it with Not a place I plan on going back to again, even though I live a quarter of a mile from it. Seriously, this was a terrible experience.

I love County Lines deep dish pizza. Their regular pizza was okay but nothing compares to the deep dish in my opinion. We order half an hour ahead of time because it takes a while to make. There are oftentimes screaming children running around the restaurant but they have some nice tables outside that you can sit at and they are happy to accommodate you if you wish to sit there. Much quieter outside, and we enjoy our pizza picnics there.
