Five Guys Burgers and Fries has wonderfully tasty burgers that do not force you to take toppings you may not want. The fries and burgers are so big that I recommend the small fries (or sharing a regular with someone) and the Little burgers; just as tasty and as big as most other burger joint burgers. The soft drink machines allow you to pick a huge variety of flavors from full to light to zero calorie drinks. The big down part of the restaurant is how incredibly noisy it is; after eating in once we now just get the food to go. You can order online but they will not put your fries in until you get there so you really do not save any time at all; I cant recommend doing online either.

Way overpriced. These Burgers are good but not GREAT and not really worth the price this place is charging. I hear when it first started the prices were comparable to McDonalds but they just hiked it up as their popularity gained. $9 for a Burger and fries without a drink sounds a bit absurd to me. I much prefer Backyard Burger, cheaper, more options, and more flavor in the burger. Id also rather go to Penn Station and get a nice grilled sub with the exact same type of fries for around the same price. This place is one of the most overrated places I have ever been to, and the funniest part was they had a tip jar when I just paid $9 for a la carte only Burgers and Fries.

I love the friendly service! This is the only fast food place that I actually feel like the people care that Im getting the food I want. Its also nice to be able to see the kitchen area. Ive worked at some restaurants where the cleaning standards made me leery of eating out. The burgers may not be the most incredible but its the incredible selection of toppings that make it great, and so far, theyve never gotten an order wrong, like most places. And this sounds silly, but they just got this incredible coca cola machine that has almost everything you could want, including flavors. I just wish they had dr pepper instead of mr pibb. Overall, the best fast food place in town.

I have been to at least Five different locations having been to this one a few times. This one is a bit smaller and a lot more difficult to find a parking place in than most I have been to, but I suspect part of that is due to being in a liberal, college town. Nonetheless, they still bring in enough people to make it busy (in its smaller size here). The restaurant is a little more crammed on the inside, but the food and service are great. I do wish they had a better place to showcase the free peanuts (like other locations), but that is a small thing. I would eat here more often if I were in Bloomington more often.

Not impressed. I tried it once before in Indianapolis and decided to give them another chance in Bloomington, thinking they may be different, but I just really dont understand what the hype is about. My fries were soggy, just like last time, and my burgers "juice" was clearly mostly from melted cheese. The meat had no flavor, and the veggies were clearly subpar. I just found myself forcing myself to eat it since I paid for it and wanted to give them a chance.

Amazing food, fabulous service. The great service goes beyond the kitchen staff all yelling hello as you enter. Ive found few places where all the employees seem to genuinely want to find ways to improve your experience. They perfectly execute their limited menu and its glorious. These are the best burgers around. The new shakes are delightful and big with my kids. Their perfect fries are worth the drive all by themselves.

Although it is a chain restaurant, they have some amazing burgers. Everything is made fresh as soon as you order. An order of fries is quite large that I usually share them with a friend. I have never left here hungry or disappointed. The only complaint I have is that the music is usually blasting so loud that I cant hear my order being called out. This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Bloomington.

Review hype gave me high expectations. Gourmet burger and all that. Choose my own toppings. Meat quality was okay. Toppings quality okay, kraft American single for cheese. Service was excellent. This is where Americans go for a good burger, if they only have Wendys and McDonalds as a comparison. There is a whole wide world of better burgers out there though.

Food is tasty, but a little pricey in my opinion. Also, I dont know if its just my bad luck or what, but every time I go in there, theres this one cashier who keeps repeating my order back to me wrong and trying to upsell me expensive food items I dont want. This is a burger joint, not a Best Buy. I dont want to "upgrade" my soda to a milkshake.

I can not afford to go out to eat. So as a treat my husband brought me for a lunch.There was a young man who was so friendly. I forgot to tell them to put katcup and mustard on it. They had problem giving me some on the side. I so wish I could afford to come here more often. Thanks for a great lunch date with my husband.

A simple menu to get your personalized order with speedy deliverance. Peanuts by the pound ready to be sacked on while waiting for your grub. Wonderful coca cola machines offering a plethora of drinks. And wonderful milkshakes to complete the executive treatment gauntlet. Five Guys done did it right.

Yum! Wonderful fresh burgers along with fabulous hot fries. They staff is always so jovial and full of energy, and the food never disappoints. Save your time searching for other burger joints when you can come here. Never a bad experience, and lets not forget all those peanuts!

The burgers are fresh and awesome! ! They easily have the best around. Wendys started out like this and turned into all the other burger joints. This place knows how a burger should be done. Fresh and messy. If it aint dripping, I aint worth the money! !

Five guys in Bloomington indiana out by the mall was freaking amazing my boyfriend and I have never been till now and the lady who helped us , karen, was awesome she helped us decide what was rhe best prices for us and she was very friendly !

The fries are great. The burger is mediocre. Im guessing that that their burgers were different when they started out in D.C. Theyve got press clippings all over the walls, but its hard to see what all the fuss is about.

Best affordable burger and fries in town. Never disappointing. You can pay $13 for the New Yorker burger at The Uptown, which is fantastic, but its not $7 more fantastic than anything on the meaty menu at 5GB&F.

The Five Guys business model is great. Fresh ground beef, fresh cut fries. A bit pricey, so this becomes more of a 2-3x/year treat. Whenever I am in the mood for a burger, I go here.

For a place that makes burgers fresh to order, its surprisingly fast. Its pricey but its delicious, and they dont skimp on anything so the price is always worth it.
