I have been to many buffalo wild wings in my life. I have been a fan of their food for a long time. It was when there food used to be made fresh, used to taste better, and used to come in good quantities for a cheaper price. and ofcourse the service was good if not excellent. But somehow my experience at this location has been nothing but irritating and annoying. 9 out of 10 times, there service is too slow. There wings specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays are just a hype as you end up paying almost the same amount as they are cheap enough to even charge for a side of dressing which usually comes for free on other days. The food has gotten expensive. The days when these specials were TRULY specials are over. I used to get boneless wings for $.30 cents and now I have to pay double the amount and yes, you guesses it right, they are MUCH SMALLER in size. The bastards who run this place are nothing but cheap and stingy. I remember that my take-out order was missing a wing and I only realized it when I reached home! Ofcourse, I am not going to drive back 15 min. each way just to get ONE wing. The service at this bar is especially slow and annoying. I have always ended up waiting there for half an hour atleast and on top of that their waiters forget what you ordered so you have to tell them again. Most of the items on the menu are expensive. Guess how much eight small mushrooms cost: $8!!! I have been there so many times mainly coz I like to watch games. I think you guys are better off going to Yogis Grill and Bar. They have excellent wings!! :) and better service than these assholes. I really think Warren Buffet should buy Buffalo Wild Wings and change its management so that we should soon start seeing a new "Wecko" ad compaign saying "15 min. or more waiting could save you 100% on your order" Please dont go to this place! I have stopped going.

Twice in the past month when we have tried to come for a late dinner-after 8:30 pm we were not greeted when we walked in the door, the hostess station was empty not a person working around. Customers all who had been waiting longer than we had. The first trip I was just going to order carry out. I had called ahead-been on hold for over 10 minutes was still on hold when I walked in the door and no one working at the pick up counter. Hostess was not at hostess stand either. I remained on hold for another 10 minutes and we decided to leave as waiting over twenty minutes for someone to answer on the phone and ten minutes in person is horrible customer service. Last night was the LAST time I will even try, again after 8:45 as we were on that side of town. Lots of empty tables in dinning area. We waiting for 5 minutes for hostess to come back up to stand-she was in the back area, not seating another customer. We were told it would be 15 minute wait to be seated and food was taking an hour to come out. To clarify we would be seated in 15 minutes and once we ordered we would have to wait an hour for our food. We left and went elsewhere for our dinner once again due to the wait. The parking lot was not over full, the dinning area had plenty of tables open.

I called the phone to place a to go order. No answer, called 4x it rang 20 rings each time. Limited parking had to walk from over flow parking lot to go inside to place order. Get inside and ask lady at to go window if I was calling correct number... Thought possibly the number had an issue...ya know? Benefit of the doubt, trying to figure out why no one picked up phone. Was informed... Yes we do not answer the phone if a customer is standing there, they have our full attention and are priority over phone. Shouldnt you get someone else to answer, have an automated answering system, have the hostess who is just standing there answer?,...something??? Shrugs her shoulders. So, take a deep breath, go ahead and place order and wait. Drink half my Dr pepper waiting the 15 min. Get called up to get my order, ask for refill to top off beverage. Get told no we dont do that. I was like what?? You get free refills at table, why cant I get this topped off? She replies, I dont know that, I am not a server, I will have to ask a manager if I can do that. Im like forget it, not worth it, sorry I chose your restaurant, wont make that mistake twice. Left.

My girlfriend, her mother and myself called several times in a row and no one ever answered. This happens usually every time we attempt to eat here. Usually we are at least once a week customers with a large family. Spend a lot of money here each visit. Tonight we went to buffalouis who also has a special traditional Tuesday wing deal for just a smidge more in price. Tonight we have decided Buffalo Wild Wings is a total joke. Underpaid. Underemployed. Horrible horrible service. 5/18/2017 called three times. The poor girl on the phone answered every time and put me on hold. I was hung up on twice. The students are gone and I still cant place an order in a timely fashion. Management/owners of this place are failing. Its wing night. Have more staff to check walk ins out and answer phones. Many times I walk in to pick up and the servers are standing around while the hostesses struggle to keep up. I know for a fact the hostesses make less money and are overworked. If the sauce wasnt so good...Id be back at buffalouis. If I could give less than one star I would.

Disgusting. They recently changed all of their menu and pricing because they are broke. Their new wing sauce is basically vinegar with a splash of hot sauce for coloring. We got a To-Go order and they forgot all of our dipping sauce. At first glance, the wings appeared that they hadnt been tossed in the sauce we ordered because they were brown, but after getting a paper towel and soaking up some of the slime on the bottom of the bucket, it appeared that they were indeed covered in "something". Their wings are always soggy and undercooked. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from this place again, and I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody else does either. I will gladly be driving the extra mile or two to Buffa Louies.

The food is horrid....service is even worse. We had reserved part of a room for a party of 40 and the servers seated so many people in the room, there was not enough room for our party to sit together. Took over and hour and a half for the party to get food and drinks. I really dont understand why the place is so packed. Apparently they have never heard of Buffa Louies, who have the best wings in the state of Indiana. We will never go back to BWW. At least not the one in Bloomington.

Food is mediocre at best and certainly not my first choice for dinning. Prior to our visit, they charged our non profit public school group a $100 deposit for a reservation in their back dinning room (not to be used towards bill). Manager was an ass about things and said it was corporate policy. Evidently corporate headquarters does NOT care about the community their stores are located, just the dollars they bring in.
