My husband and I are both picky eaters, so our orders are always crazy. I dont eat meat and he doesnt eat vegetables so you can see where there would be an issue. When Brenn one of the girls is working the service is quick and our food is always right. If its not right she gets it fixed quickly. However, if shes not working its hit or miss and its normally slower than hell. There have been times I pulled up and they said its about a 25 to 30 minute wait. If I wanted to wait that long Id order pizza. I worked at many fast food restaurants in my youth, and I dont understand how they can have that long of a wait.

Worst Taco Bell ever!! No matter whenever we go, but especially on weekend nights, we are always told theres a 15-20 minute wait due to being short staffed. Compared with other Taco Bells, this one is always slow, short staffed & their tacos have barely anything in them. Martinsville doesnt have many restaurant options to begin with which makes the fact that this Taco Bell is subpar even more disappointing.

Filthy dirty. Worker rather act like clowns and complain about how they have to work and do something instead of really working as they tell you how long your wait is going to be in do you still want to wait. Only seven people here dinning in guess that slammed busy to them. Been here 25 minutes and still hasnt one thing been cleaned off a table. I guess this is a circus thats why the clowns are here.

If there was a no star rating I would surely have given this place ZERO STARS. How is this place still in busines? Its free taco day and they have 6 workers. It took over 30 minutes for our order. Believe me the free taco was not worth the agony of sitting the wait at this dump. Do yourself a favor and eat at Mcdonalds or anywhere beside this hole

Used to be very quick, but for some reason theyve been incredibly slow and management has been awful. Either theyre seriously understaffed or the workers are very poor at their jobs. Fast food shouldnt take 30 minutes, especially when its a single order.

Forgot to leave off the tomatoes, and made it right, might be mindful in the drive thru, although we went inside to get carry out. The tomatoe error was fixed immediately and the food was as expected. Thw food was fresh, the restaurant was clean.

Im sitting in the drive thru right now and Ive been waiting for over 20 minutes and is very fustrating and very disappointing with 5 cars in front of me thats ridiculous!!!! Not to mention I have only a few items

Ok so I like their food, service could use some work! I mean seriously! I have to count all the things in my order to make sure I get everything in my order but they still manage to get it wrong!!! Ugh!!

The worst service of any Taco Bell in the country it was a 45 minute wait for our food and it wasnt even the right order. Managers should all be fired. They all do not care about costomer service.

As usual they always have issues at this place no lettuce today said something about someone got sick so they recalled the lettuce. Usually get the order wrong and the place is just a mess.

Fast, Fresh, Good! Weve visited the Martinsville Taco Bell many many times. They are almost always friendly, the food fresh and service quick. Isnt that why we do drive thru? Bravo!
