"1.5 Stars? It cant be that bad, its Taco Bell", I said when deciding to navigate to this location during a road trip. When we pulled up to the drive-thru it took a good 5 minutes before we could order, though it was during the day and there were other cars in the drive-thru. Finally order, the lady cuts us off and tells us the price before we are done and have to wait until she comes back on the mic so we can finish ordering. Spend about 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru behind other cars, more cars behind us piling up. When we finally get to the window, a lady is there but she is on her phone and texting. Wait a few minutes and she opens up, handing us the drink, not acknowledging us at all. She brings us our food a few minutes later and now she is actually TALKING on her phone, not speaking to us at all. I have to wave to get her attention to ask for an extra cup of ice. Still doesnt get off the phone call and hands me my cup, doesnt bother to say thank you or have a nice day. So we start to dig in to our food. I always order a Crunchwrap when on the road so I can eat while driving. This Crunchwrap was so poorly made however, that the meat wasnt in the right place and I ended up eating just the chip and sour cream before finding all the meat and melted cheese had gone into the bottom of the wrap, making a huge mess and making it almost impossible to keep eating. The burrito we ordered was the same, all of the meat was at one end for some reason.To top it off, all of our food was lukewarm like it hasnt had time to finish cooking. Lesson learned, if Google says its 1 star, expect a 1 star experience.

The manager is horrible! My daughter and I went through the drive through and got a smothered burrito. When my daughter opened it up, it definitely was NOT smothered, so she took it inside to ask for sauce. The MANAGER told her that she was the one that made it and she made it to her order and if she did not get what she wanted it was her fault. That is NOT OKAY!!! First of all, all it took was some sauce- no need to get the attitude she displayed for my daughter. Second of all, if you get that defensive over what you made, maybe you should make it right in the first place. Totally unprofessional!

Wish I could give no stars. I really hate leaving bad reviews but I think this is necessary to help this business last. Their staff is HIGHLY unprofessional, it takes a half hour to get your food. With the way the employees act I feel Im actually taking severe risk eating my food. If your the owner of this building I would HIGHLY recommend a clean slate and hiring all new. Firing these kids is only going to make them better future employees and realize their potential, as of right it is non existent... Sorry but this wasnt a one time occurrence.

Horrible they call it a fast food place but yet any time I go I end up waiting 15-20 minutes this time when I finally got to the front to get my food it was cold n nasty horrible employes they are rude and dont care about the customer so if your looking for even a half way decent place to get food dont go here. -- And to add on to this if you go there and they dont answer the drive threw mic which they never do you have to yell and get mad if not they will just ignore you till you just finally drive away its sad this place is the worst.

Sitting on the drive thru currently. Been here 15 minutes, speaker isnt working so they asked everyone to pull ahead. Its all good since the menu board was busted so you cant read it anyway. Gonna update! After 25 minutes, pull up to the window and the moron with the headset tells everyone to come inside. When I asked why he didnt tell us all that 25 minutes ago when he told us all to pull forward, he looked at me like I had 3 heads.....my opinion, drive the extra 2 miles and hit up Wendys for your late night grub

Went up to the drive thru and no one answered, asked a worker outside and he said it was working. Then after minutes of honking and asking if anyone was there another working came up to the car and told us to go to the window. Then when we went up to a window no one was there and we honked for several minutes while workers inside were staring at us. Someone even came up to the window and did say anything then left. Very poor service and I will never to a Taco Bell ever again in my entire life.

Tonights drive thru fast food order took 25 minutes. 3 minutes from the time the young man took my money at the window until he gave me my change & order, which was sitting there the whole time. Complete one order at a time. I keep hoping it will improve each time I pull in hoping for a quick meal. Come on Taco Bell! Mr. Ramiraz, your name is on the door of your business. Train your employees how to run a restaurant efficiently. Oh, napkins & utensils for eating a salad would have been nice.

Unbelievable poor service. Stood there for 15 minutes and never had my order taken. After 10 minute a girl asked if I was ready to order, I said yes. She then walked away , started sweeping the floor behind the counter, then put the broom back, went to the washroom were she was in there for at least 5 minutes so I left. 3 other employees saw me and didnt say a word. The biggest thing was that there was only one other person in there and they were waiting for their order. Terrible

This place sucks. The kid who took my order was very rude. When i asked for no tomatoes he acted like it was a huge deal. Then even when i double checked with him that he put no tomatoes on my food he said yes but I never even received my crunch warp. When i tried to call back nobody answered and there was only a loud buzz. I am the paying customer and will not be returning to this dump.

Worse service ever I ordered a double steak taco 5 dollar box and got a double beef taco instead didnt ask if we wanted crunchy or soft shell taco for original taco. Then didnt get our drinks right my husband said no ice and got ice had to pull up and go in and fix his order his self then to top it all off never ask us if we wanted sauce for our tacos

my friend was in Taco Bell and he just wanted a simple quesadilla. unfortunately, they forgot about his order. the lady doubted us when we asked for it and thought we were some kind of stealing teens. this was an U pleasing experience and the lady said something derogatory in spanish that we couldnt quite decode. 1 star. would not recommend.

Go elsewhere...Nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for 2 crunchy taco supremes & a Mexican pizza...totally ridiculous!!! Upon driving up to the window to pickup my order the guy practically threw my bag at me....very rude, unfriendly & ignorant...,horrible service. Last time I go there!!!
