Im a visitor from California on my way back to the airport when my brother, sister, and I decided to stop at Taco Bell and get food. We went through the drive through, when we got to the window and paid $20.85 for our food, the cashier handed us things we did not order. When we confronted her about our order, she called in the manager and the manager told me to pay an additional fee of $3.27 (we did) and still our order was shorted plus the wrong meal was given again. I was so upset that we just said forget it and just drove off with the wrong over-charged food. I called and spoke with a female manager there at the Lake Geneva location, she told me that there is nothing she can do and the next time I fly back out there to stop by and get the correct order. WHAT THE, I was shocked!!!!!!!!!! I called the corporate office which tried to help me, they tried to make good on the mistake by sending me 2 x $5.00 coupons and a $22.00 check. I felt a little relieved that there is kindness left and it is not a man eat man world. I took the check and deposited in my bank account, 1 week later my bank sends a letter that the check came back as a bad check and my bank charged me $12.50 for a bad check fee. DO NOT EVER EAT THAT THE LAKE GENEVA LOCATION, THEY ARE HEARTLESS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM SO STRESSED OUT THAT I AM NOW SHORT AND ADDT $12.50 IN MY BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY FEEL THAT THEY CAN LAUGH IN OUR FACE AND GIVE US A BAD CHECK!!!

Its weird to see that other people have gotten food poisoning from here semi recently because Im pretty sure my boyfriend and I woke up this morning with it after eating it for dinner last night. My boyfriend rarely gets sick and I have a low immune system as well as stomach issues and my boyfriend has been laying in bed all day while Ive been, sorry for the TMI, on the toilet all day. I think this is something that needs to be taken care of. I have a feeling its Clostridium perfringens which occurs when meat isnt kept at proper temperatures.

3rd time LG Taco bell has provided me with poorly prepared food. I got two 5 layer burritos. Not a complicated order... 1 5 layer was loaded with way too much sour cream making the whole burrito taste like sour cream. The other had no "meat" at all it was filled with just refried beans. I normally dont mind too much as long as the food is edible. But this is now the 3rd time it wasnt. I will start going to Delavan from now on. They seem to be the lesser of two evils with walworth countys taco bells.

We ordered 3 Doritos Locos Tacos, 1 Supreme Taco, and 1 Beef Supreme Burrito. The Doritos Tacos were 90 percent shell and 10 percent meat and cheese. The supreme Taco was 95 percent shell, sour cream, and veggies and 5 percent meat and cheese. The burrito was 98 percent veggies and 2 percent meat. If I wanted that I would have went to a vegan restaurant. Other customers were complaining of the same poor quality. Overall, bad food.

I have been to this Taco Bell on three separate occasions and every time my order is incorrect. I just ordered in the drive thru and again my order was incorrect I got out of my car to go and have the order corrected and the person behind the counter begins to argue with me. I dont expect much when I go to Taco Bell but this place is pretty bad.

Pitiful, they have signs outside saying open till midnight. So I walked up to the door and it was locked at 11:45. One of the employees even seen me and you could see in his eyes that he didnt care what so ever. Cant even stay open till advertised times and beware sometimes they apparently run out of beef.

Today, Taco Bell did not earn the fifth star. I requested ALL the hot sauce pouches that they had on premises. I received exactly zero hot sauce pouches. It is fortunate that I have stocked up at home for this very occurrence. You have disappointed me today, Taco Bell..

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Ive been to dozens of them and Ive been here probably a hundred times over the year. Their food is the top of the Taco Bell tier and Ive had some really terrible Taco Bell to compare it to over the years. Fast food, nice people. Good stuff.

Took the first bite out of my hard shell taco supreme and I felt something off putting in my mouth and I pulled a medium length piece of black hair out of my mouth. I nor does anyone else in my house have black hair and it was inside the taco. Gag!!

I have been there a cuple of times and I had to wate for a half an hour. I asked them for easy letus and they gave me no cheese no meat only letus and I really dont like letus. I just hate Taco Bell I hate taco bell worst than any fast food place.

I have to agree with the last comment. I was there about 2 weeks ago and got the worst food poisoning of my life. In the past the food has been cold and just never tasted right to me. I would recommend the Mukwonago location.

I eat here all the time, the staff is superb. My orders have been messed up occasionally, but much less than any other fast food place in town. Tastes great, its cheap, and the restaurant is clean.

Place was just renovated, but obviously managed poorly. The place was a mess, floor was filthy and tables not cleaned. This was just before lunch when It was not even busy.
