First time ever trying the place. We placed order for a single medium deep dish. They told us an hour, no problem. We got there about an hour and 20 minutes later. They told us 5 more minutes. We waited ten. It took over an hour and a half for one pizza! Thats not even the worst. What irritated me the most is when the pizza was ready, they waved us up to the counter like we were dogs to pick it up and pay for it. FYI they take your name and number on the phone when you call in a pickup. They had our name on file but decided to wave us over like we were animals. On top of that after we paid we didnt get a single apology for the food taking. WAY longer than they told us. Its a shame a place with good food has to have such horrible service. This was my first and sadly probably my last time going her. My rating is based on the service I was goven

I ordered a pizza on a Thursday night for my family. The pizza arrived half cooked, and slid in the box. When I called to ask for a new pizza, I was yelled at by staff members and told never to order from there again. I was refused a refund, and told that if I wanted a new pizza, I would have to drive there? REALLY?! I ORDERED IN for a reason. I was on the phone with managers and staff for quite some time trying to get it worked out. I explained I have an autistic son, which makes it difficult to pick up. I offered to re-tip the driver for coming again (despite having already tipped him $4, on top of the delivery charge.) What a horrible, horrible experience. This used to be one of my favorite places; I will NEVER EVER do business with them again.

ordered a pizza 1 time and it was great, Ever since they have either got the order wrong or it was missing ingredients and RAW dough. The 1 time made me give them extra attempts of fixing it . When I brought it to their attention I received a rude and impolite person . They have tons of people packed in that kitchen standing around and talking but you would think with that much help it should run smooth. This is not the case. They are always happy to take your money but with the short sided toppings that you pay extra for and the rude customer service . Im done giving them a chance. Failed 3 times and got 1 correct, I call that their loss in the long run

Im not one to complain but we were loyal customers and ordered once per week. The last 3 times our Order was messed up- said they would give us a credit for the first one- next time we ordered we tried to use our credit and they didnt have record of it so we said ok and paid. That pizza was delivered and it was completely the wrong pizza- called and they said they would give me a refund. Checked my account a week later and didnt see the money back- called to tell the owner and there was no record of it so they did nothing!!! MESSEd UP 3 TIMES and Rude management and owner and HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I called Napoli Pizza from Pennsylvania to order a pizza for my husband on our anniversary to be deliver to his work. I asked for the family size sausage pizza with pepperoni in the shape of a heart. The cooks were not sure if the heart would stay together after being cut, it honestly looked they they cut the pizza and added cooked pepperoni afterward! My husband and his work crew said it tasted great! Thank you Napolis for helping me treat my husband to a special surprise from hundreds of miles away!

Placed order at 6pm for delivery was told it could take up to 1.5 hours for delivery, ok fine Friday nights are busy, I get that. Followed up on order at 7:30pm and was told pizza was currently out for delivery. The place is just about 10minutes from the address this was delivered to. 7:55 pizza was finally delivered and it was cold, so cold the cheese had gone hard. Overall the taste was just ok, I had heard good things from other people but it did not live up to the hype. Will not order again.

Best Pizza in town family run business. "Bonnie Rayborn" is an obvious TROLL. I believe the papers proved this. No real business on the face of the earth would have done what she posted. 2nd one look at Napolis wall of sponsorship shows what they care about. Sometimes when you read something thats just unbelievable its because it not true.

Best pizza in town. It can be a little greasy sometimes, but in my opinion its because they use fresh quality ingredients that arent dried out and nasty. Service is always great and delivery is always (relatively) fast. Keep in mind sometimes there is no good way to get across Woodstock and traffic is beyond their control.

Ordered a pizza and was told 1 hour for delivery. Showed up in 16 min on a Friday night. Super crisp cracker crust and just the right amount of spices in the sauce with fresh toppings. If Im ever in Woodstock again, Ill order another pizza from here for sure.

Napoli Pizza is a Woodstock icon. If youre looking for a great pizza, whether it be stuffed or thin crust, give Napoli a try. It is sure to become your favorite Pizza Place. Reasonable prices, reasonable delivery times, great pizza!

Nobodys perfect, Ive had a few questionable visits to Napolis as far as the quality of the food but Ive had hundreds of excellent experiences with them as well. The pizza is top notch, as well as the beer nuggets and the customer service.

Well. Smells great and heard great things..did a pick up, was told 40 min..got here still a 15-20 min wait..was comped a pop for myself and the kid and the manager was very sweet and apologized. Cant wait to actually eat!

Good food but if you call in be ready to get girls who answer the phone like they hate their job and their life. Only business in the area that has this problem....I thought girls like talking on the phone though? Weird.

I have been eating at Napolis for as long as I can remember, the only thing better than the pizza is the staff. I am a big fan of the stuffed pizza also, it does get busy on the weekends so plan ahead.

Wow! Amazing pizza. Great prices. The staff is awesome. They even offed me a free drink while I waited for my take out meat lovers! Thank you! If youre in Woodstock, definitely come here for great pizza.

Missing something. Its decent but I like really good pizza. Its not consistent. One time its pretty good, the next time it will be lacking. Kitchen looks clean tho and thats important to me.
