Great small town joint! Im a retired chef from Chicago living in Milwaukee so believe me when I say this do you want a home cooked meal stop in here! I got the brosted chicken meal...all the sides oh man I felt like a kid on thanksgiving everything tasted like it was from scratch...have you ever had great gravy from a restaurant its few and far between. My fience got the prime rib it was Great! I gave it 4 stars because the way they seat the restaurant and serve at the bar is a little goofy it took a while to order but the locals said it was unusually busy the whole place was packed and the lemon meringue crust tasted like saltines (humidity does wonders so it could have been a factor) but dont sweat the small stuff this place was great we will go back. Oh our bill was like $30 how can you go wrong...you cant haha :)

Washington Inn is an interesting supper club. Without a proper greeter/ front desk, its very easy to be ignored. The food is okay, but service is absolutely not. Expect to be ignored for 20 minutes before being acknowledged and seated - With a reservation! This is a dated, cramped, over packed restaurant that has potential yet wastes it away. Organization and proper management is in dire need. Food would be 3/5, service is 1/5.

Always the best great bar Cass runs the bar She is awesome. Service is always good Mike takes great care of everyone. Dar the owner is always very nice will,always tell you about his specials and how they are prpared,they have very good steaks and fish Tuesday cheap chicken is great good appetizers and have a icecream drink after dinner nice finish

We met Dar & Cindy (The owners of this quaint restaurant) at a local casino while playing in town. They invited us to have dinner at their facility the following evening. It was one of the most incredible meals we have ever had! The service was personable, the food was delectable, and the owners were delightful!!! Bar none, top notch experience!!!

Simply Fabulous!!!! Worth every penny! We also met the owners of this family owned restaurant. Our dinner was absolutely delicious! If you are driving by, make sure you take the time to stop and dine at this wonderful little restaurant. You will be pleasantly surprised!

had new years eve dinner with 6 of us 12-31-2015. place was packed. short wait for our reservation. food was excellent and some how the staff can provide adequate service in a mad house atmosphere. everyone said they would go back. prices are very reasonable

You HAVE to stop in! First time for me tonight and very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and care they gave me. For me we are in the middle of nowhere WI. Just moved to Shawano from Madison. I WILL be back! Kudos to the Chef n Staff tonight.

It was wonderful. My husband had the prime rib, I had the stuffed tenderloin and both dinners were fabulous. Nice salad bar, good soup & our server, Savannah, was very personable, excellent service. Will definitely be visiting again!!

Very, very good food. The service was also great. It has been 5-6 yrs since we had been there. A lot of people there that night and we did not have to wait very long for our food. We will be going back real soon

Its hit and miss here, it was great this time, 5 stars, but they have forgotten my order in the past. Its a favorite place and usually very good. Daily double bubble, $6 chicken plate on sundays.

Great value for what you get. Try the family boasted chicken, all you can eat with dressing, cole slaw, mash potatoes, gravy, & vegetables for $9. Good stuff & stuffing.
