First, our server walked past us several times after we all decided what we were eating. When I asked the sizes the server specifically said "small is 11, medium is 17, large is 22." When my order came out I only had 10 wongs, when I inquired as to why, the server said "I said about, they do it by weight" why even give an exact number, such as 11, if they do it by weight? Our water which we ordered had to be ordered a second time because it was never delivered, and the beer had to as well. They also got the order wrong for another person, which she ate because she didnt want to wait for the kitchen to make the correct order. The Willowbrook and Bolingbrook locations are far better than this one.

Service was very friendly and attentive aside from the fact of being severely shorthanded on the day I made my visit. The food was great as per usual when I visit this location, I got the Caribbean Jerk and Mango Habanero wings, both of which had nice kick to them and would recommend to others who have a high Scoville tolerance or just enjoy the heat overall. I also got a drink which was the Blueberry Mint Lemonade, the only bad part about the drink was that the mint leaves did not add much flavor at all to the drink. Overall however, visiting multiple times and having good service each time is very pleasing and I will come back more.

Great place to take the kids. Lots of different sports on the TVs (big surprise there), the tablets they give help to keep the kids occupied. You can eat really, really badly if you want or can actually make the meals relatively not-as-bad (my goto - buffalitos with the dry rub, no sour cream, easy on the chips). Beer selection is excellent, service is always consistent. On occasion, you might get an unbalanced plate (too much cheese, dry chicken, too much sauce) but overall a good experience.

Tried this BW3, worst mistake! Ordered our usual and when Wings came they were all mixed on one plate. Order of hot, spicy garlic, Asian zing and plain. Well they probably would have tasted fine if all four of us liked each flavors. Wing were over cooked undressed. I ask for more sauce for "my dry over cooked and undressed" Wings and was accommodated. Relieved bill with extra charge for aside if sauce. You cant fix ignorance. Pick a different BW3, thank me later.

Ordered out a few times, gave them chance after chance and they either got the order wrong or forgot about it. Went in to eat with my wife and my appetizer had a piece of copper wire stuck in the cucumber. Manager said sorry, didnt comp anything and made us pay for our half drank beers we ordered. Extremely pathetic service, only reason this location gets business is because of the Buffalo Wild Wings name, other than that its a shanty. Thanks have a great day

This place has really gone downhill. I used to come here all the time because its close to my apartment, but now I go to one a few towns over. Not only are the wait times here sometimes extremely long, but the last two times I came here they were out of what I specifically came for. How do you run out of sauce and beer? These are the two reasons people go to BWW! It seems like management doesnt even care anymore, so I will go somewhere they do.

Love this BWW. Everyone was friendly, service was very fast Edit: used to be my favorite b dubs, but has gotten awful the past few weeks. Marissa messed up just about everything for my visit. Orders were wrong. Appetizer showed up at the end of the meal. Drinks showed up after we finished the appetizers. No refills. Tried flagging her down 3 times to no avail and the place isnt even busy! Disappointed to.say the least.

The host was great, holding doors for my father who uses a walker, seating us at a very accessible table, and ensuring we knew where the bathroom was, etc. The food was excellent as well, although my mother found the mild wing sauce a little too spicy. The only downside was our waitress seemed very distracted, which was odd given that the place wasnt crowded.

I have been there a total of 6 times. 3 of those times were decent, but the other 3 were terrible. All different waiters and all 3 were non attentive, brought the wrong item or completely forgot our food altogether even after asking twice and told it would "be right out", or were extremely rude. Need better wait staff.

B-Dubs is one of my all-time favorite places because it combines three of my favorite things: hot wings, beer, and sports. I also love the fact that I can buy a bottle of the Blazin sauce to take home and use in my own cooking. For those of you who LOVE spicy foods, you need to try the Blazin Challenge!

Food was decent, however the service was horrible. It was my daughters birthday and she wanted to go there, but we waited 15 minutes for a server when the restaurant was dead. Then to top things off the server seemed displeased when my wife asked if they did anything for birthdays. We wont return.

Dont bother coming here, you have to do their job for them. Greeter is a complete moron and just stares at you when you get there so you have to do her job for her and ask if youd like to be seated and so on... second time in a row its happened. Make sure they credit your bill for doing her job

I still miss the days before they became corporate and had all draft beer for $3 per 23oz on Thursdays. Even so, going on a wing night gets you a pretty cheap meal of wings and beer. Gretchen, who has since moved on to an Indiana location was the best waitress I have ever had.

Was there last week. Table was filthy. Menus (yes, plural) had sauce inside the pages. When I went to the host to ask for re-fills, she said our waitress LEFT on break. No kidding. Waitress left w/o telling us. This place was a joke and I will NEVER go back to this place.

The food was good and there were plenty of TVs to watch both of the games. The manager even did us a solid by switching channels to allow us to watch both the Bears and Packers at screens close to us. We spent about four hours there and the wait staff was attentive.

Wish I can give this no stars what so ever. I went here last Friday, had a booth for three. Got seated right away but 30 mins for a server and at least another 30 mins for my check. Really? Order a large boneless honey BBQ and side of fries and FOOD WAS COLD!

I like the high ceilings and open feel, the wings are good but sometimes can be a bit rubbery. When your order keep in mind when they say wings they are actually half wings. So the 10 wing order is actually 5. Still its good value for the money.

This place just nickel and dimes you for every little thing now. We use to love eating here but now its annoying paying $0.55 cents for every ranch sauce we want for our wings. Will make sure to choose other places like Wing Stop going forward.

Normally I love this place. The employees are always super nice. We love the popcorn shrimp but I guess they switched it. They dont look or taste at all like the old ones. My pick up order was $44 and all the food was cold.
