Few places have ever invoked so much of my ire. Ordered some wings on "wing night" and waited for 30 minutes before they finally came out to the bar- it was later in the night and the place was not all that busy. As expected, the wings were cold; they didnt even try to fake it by microwaving them of setting them under a heating lamp, I was served cold wings. Sent them back to the kitchen, because that is unacceptable... and then this place took a turn for the worse. The bartender decided to give me and who I was with some attention (we had been largely ignored for the previous half hour) in the form of relentlessly complaining about the bar staff, the wait staff, the kitchen staff, the management staff, the owners jackass son who was sitting at the end of the bar (her words) - basically she threw every single person within 50 feet under the bus. She even brought up that she was sexually frustrated and that her idiot boyfriend hadnt stormed her trenches in three weeks. She also randomly showed us some picture of a chicks snatch on her phone; seriously this train wreck happened. There were no redeeming qualities to anything that she did. Now, you would think that as soon as this whole crappy-wing-thing happened, the manager would at least stop by to check in and make sure everything was being taken care of - you would think. Quite frankly, I wouldnt even trust this manager to manage a bouncy house at childs birthday party. Made eye contact several times, got a couple of catty looks, but not once did she ever approach us. The only thing that she did was comp our wings, but that is the minimal expectation I would have. The worst part of this was that when the wings did finally arrive in front of me, I really enjoyed them. I got them grilled and the little amount of char on them was perfect with the their sauces. I havent had this good of wings in a while. That being said, the only one who apologized, and then later asked if our fresh wings were good for us, was the bar back. The F-ing bar back! I have no moral prejudice against this place for how the women dress, I really could care less, but this location fails as a restaurant. I say location because I have been to the Rockford location and received fairly decent service and food there. This is an example of when a very poor management staff is in place and ruins the entirety of the dining/drinking/sport watching experience.

My friend and I went here to watch the Bears game. It took us about 10 minutes to convince the manager to change the TV situated above our table to the Bears game. I guess it was an unusual request since we are in Chicago...go figure. Our waitress got us drinks and an appetizer in a fair amount of time. However, after a little while sitting there I asked for water and then the waitress never came back to our table. She served many tables around us, but never came back with the water of checked on us. My friend finally went to the bar to get the water. We watched the game from 1st quarter through the end of half time without seeing the waitress. Also, let me clarify that the place was not packed, not crowded...just a normal amount of people. We finally had to go back to the bar again to get another drink. Finally she resurfaced at our table and asked how things were going. We explained our situation and did not get as much as an "Im sorry" she just said "Oh, well call if you need something". At that point we decided to pay our bill and move to another area of the restaurant with a different server. Apparently, our displeasure with the prior server had made its way to the other wait staff as they never came to wait on us. We spoke to the manager and he did nothing about it. Finally, a new waitress showed up and the first thing she said was "you guys done being crabby?" It is disappointing to me that an employee would act this way, but to have a whole establishment condone this behavior and then insult their customers is outrageous! The staff was rude, service was poor and more than that is they do not care!! I will not return to this establishment and I do not recommend. Any place that is based on customer service should be going above and beyond with the number of choices these days. This place does not even do their jobs and then also gives an attitude on top. Horrible!!!

Went to have my free year anniversary boneless wings and chill out. Saturday around 1 was pretty quiet...im sure its MUCH busier later on in the evening. Server was very nice and attentive. Chicken I ordered with the BBQ sauce and was quite tasty...(something new for me). The most awesome part was.... the barmaid came by, and, stopped to chat with me as she said she remembered my face and asked how I have been. I have been to this location before, but not for a year or two. So, That stop by was nice...and...honestly.... this woman is beautifully designed.... (O)(O) and is very nice as well. She earned extra credit points for stopping by to chat with me!! Overall...a NICE visit with a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Ordered delivery, which is silly but I was busy and what the hack I havent tried this place before. Food showed up over an hour later somewhat cold and tasted like bland frozen leftovers. Opened everything and the Flatbread pizza I ordered wasnt there... Called back to let them know and got some guy arguing with me for 5 minutes that I did receive it. He then asked if I got anything extra. No, I got less. Delivery guy shows up 45 minutes after with the cold pizza he had forgotten in his car. If youre looking for food(take-out, delivery, or at the place) dont bother eating here.

We all know why people go here. Its not for the prices of world class food. The service is no better than a hole in the walk bar, but waitresses wearing revealing outfits distracts you long enough to not notice. TVs are everywhere so as long as you want to watch a game (that you cant hear) then I suppose its not that bad. Bartenders are slightly more disrespectful than a college bar, and the charm is laid on so thick you cant help but feel insulted. If you dont mind having women with pounds of makeup pretend to like you then youll fit right in.

Food was good, but the service was horrible. I had a simple order of chicken tenders and the waitress showed up with chicken tender wrap. I told her it was wrong and she said "It is pretty much the same thing...are you sure you dont want it?" Slow on refills. Slow on getting checks. Slow on pretty much everyhing. Once again... Food was awesome, but try to avoid sitting at Ailycias (however you spell it) table.

I have been there two times and both times I was satisfied. I felt it was a good mesh between a sports bar and a nice restaurant. You can go there to watch almost any game that is on or you can go there and have a nice meal. Most of the entrees are very good and the prices are very reasonable. I suggest going there if you have the opportunity to.
