This place was horrible. The man on the phone was very rude when I called to confirm the Open Table reservation. I knew he was the same guy when we walked in for our reservation because he had an attitude and just pointed to our table instead of seating us. I took my grandmother out for dinner before seeing a play. She is Italian and I wanted her to have a nice meal before seeing the show. We wanted to switch tables as he sat us in a very awkward spot - next to a huge wine rack where my grandma was unable to really move her right arm. The man scoled us and said "there are no more tables, all others are reserved!" There were more than 8 tables available - but we understood and were not that upset at this point. We noticed that when people would come in without a reservation, they were sat right away. Once the tables filled up, people sat at the bar waiting for something to open up. The man who was the host was also a server. There were three other ladies who were servers as well. Our bartender had to also work the bar, so she was Mia a lot. Our appetizer of sausage and peppers was good. Not outstanding, but good. The white wine sauce was nice. We then had to ask for our soups because the waitress forgot. No big deal. Ate those. We watched as one couple waited for a table and the man came to them and said "fine, you can have that table, but just so you know your taking my table!" My Grandma and I looked at one another in disbelief. Who says that to a customer. Quickly I realized that this place was in it for the money and not the service. We finally got our meals and they were ok to say the least. They were not worth what the were charging. I ordered the lasanga and it tasted like straight pistichio (Greek dish). Which was good, but definitely not traditional Italian lasanga. Oh well. We finished up and ordered dessert and coffee. The Spumoni was delicious. We finished that and wanted a refill on coffee. The man came to our table, clearing the plates. I asked if we could get a refill. He said "well you are going to have to wait." I looked at him in disbelief. Ok - il wait. 2 mins goes by, I see dude just standing there. I say "hey bud, anyway we can get that refill?" He storms over and is like "well I really need this table. Only one refill for you guys." I was furious. Ive been in the restaurant biz for years and know that you dont tell customers to get up. I was ashamed and appalled. Ill never be back.

Took 5 guests to the restaurant the other day and to my surprise, they actually charged me 25c three times for 3 glasses of ice to add to our cocktails. When the bill came, which was $235.00 I noticed this addition. What an insult to a customer to actually charge a quarter extra for ice. Our service was excellent and the food was fine. Our waitress was tipped 20%. My issue was not with the amount of the charge but the way it was presented. What restaurant itemizes ice on a check? If you want to charge for ice, just increase the price of the drinks. No one has to be taken for a sucker. The owner was very irritated when I asked him about this charge. He insisted that there was no charge but anybody can read the check will see this addition. I will not return to this restaurant nor will anybody that was with me or anybody they know. I will take Capri in Burr Ridge or Bertuccis on Roberts Road over this joke any day. Good luck to you....your customer service skills will close you down faster than your overpriced food and drinks. You lost thousands of dollars in revenue over 75c

Our waitress was excellent, but the owner was just ridiculous. We went there after our Aunts funeral and the owner was incredibly rude and refused to allow us to put some of the tables together so that we could all be together. He rushed us out because he wanted to turn over the space for dinner. And our entrees did not come out for at least one hour. And the owner was still incredibly insensitive and crass and flickered the lights to indicate we should leave - we were there for about 2 hrs (and remember that 1 of those hours was spent waiting for food). The name of the restaurant says it all - its definitely his way and his way only.

This family restaurant is near the Willow-Brook Ballroom where my wife and I dance on occasion. We found it by accident with our dance group but now its a must stop every time we go to the ballroom. Tastefully decorated, comfortable surroundings, and excellent service, just for starters. But the food is exceptional. We rarely go to Italian restaurants because we can get better Italian food in our own home. My Way rivals my own dishes. Fresh, tasty, hot, and beautifully plated, at modest prices. If you would like a wonderful home cooked style delicious Italian meal when dining out you will not be disappointed going to My Way Ristorante.

Went there with my girlfriend on a Friday night, prime dinner time (7:00) P.M. and the place was slammed. We had a new waitress (Anna) who accidentally spilled wine on me (it was her first day). She was apologetic about the spill and wanted to pay to have my shirt cleaned. My girlfriend and I smiled and knew it was first day jitters. She was also apologetic about how the food was taking longer because they had a full house. The owner came over and comped the wine and offered the meal for free. We refused. We are human, we make mistakes. Very homey, warm place with kind warm people. We are customers for Life.

Good food, not your typical fast food or franchise restaurant. Owner is always there at least when I have been there and will sit down and get to know you. Good place for a family style dinner, maybe not so quick lunch and drink with the buddies.

This is not an Italian restaurant. Its had several different themes and same owner who is not Italian. The food is ok but not authentic and quite plain. For the money, you can have a much better dinner and experience elsewhere.

My family comes here all the time and today was just my first day. It was really great food and wonderful service. The owner really makes you feel at home and like you are part of the family. Totally will recommend to everyone!

The food is amazing, the atmosphere is fantastic, and you are greeted by the owner as if you are family. Minus hugs. This is our go-to restaurant for family functions, birthdays, etc. If I could give it six stars I would.

Nice small cozy Italian restaurant. Been grated by owner and our waitress Martina was really nice. I got a glass of Chianti wine and delicious Chicken Primavera. Ask them for home made Italian bread before dinner.
