Great food at a fair price. Char grilled chicken avocado jack is a Sammie the quality Id expect at a higher end foodie joint. The atmosphere inside is nicer than a typical fast food place. Staff have always been friendly. Most importantly like any business they occasionally make a mistake but they listen to the problem and then fix it and make it up to you. Ive gotten catering for a staff function and they all loved it. I cant at there on a somewhat regular basis so I speak with a fair amount of experience with the place. I dont know if the other ones are the same caliber.

This is an excellent restaurant! If you like Chicago-style food, you cant do better than Buona. They have the best beef sandwiches around, great Chicago-style hot dogs, amazing burgers, and tasty pizzas all under one roof. There are plenty of other options too in case youre in the mood for something different. This Buona has the best customer service of them all with friendly people that are always willing to engage a customer. The Buona rewards card is also great with every $100 you spend getting you $5 off the next purchase. Cant recommend Buona enough..

Buona beef is an excellent place to stop in for a quick bite while out in Orland. Their dining room is always clean, cool in the summer and their deals are well worth it too! The burger and fry special is great....1/3 pound burger flame-grilled and topped with fresh ingredients and only 5 bucks on Wednesday. The pizza special on Thursday is great too. This location also offers beer and wine and has a fully-covered outdoor patio and drive-thru service. A pleasant and nice experience overall at Buona Beef!!

Nice restaurant. Good food. Few complaints: Their soups to-go have a hole on top of lid, so if it tips over, it spills everywhere. you would think they make containers spill proof... Also the Turkey Festiva panini is pretty bad. Like eating a cranberry sauce sandwich. Be careful what you order and make sure they plastic wrap the soup.

Not very good. At best its a tourist trap. If you live in the Chicagoland area and consider this place "Chicago style" you need to reconsider. Beef had no flavor, giardinnerra was bland with no heat. Fries were okay but boring and frozen. I cant believe this place was crowded. Go up the street, for better Italian beef options.

The restaurant was very clean, bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The staff was nice and friendly. No sooner did my food arrive with one employee, than another one showed up with some napkins. Then no sooner did I finish eating , an employee showed up to remove my plates. Excellent Customer Service!!!

Was a regular at the original store on Roosevelt Road back in the early 80s. Moved to Texas, and found the new store on LaGrange just last year. Tastes just like the original. The beef has flavor, the gravy is delicious. And the meatball sandwiches are the best Ive ever had.

Usually always forget something when I order for my parents when visiting from out of town. This is their favorite spot due to how close it is. Also my dad enjoys the senior cokes and iced teas. Better beef out there, but try the pizza on Thursday... Half price

This Buona is one of the best in the area. Alway fast and always good. Their manager is even out during the busy periods clearing tables and checking with patrons on their food and service. Its a little off the beaten path, but well worth the stop.

I went here with my dad the weekend before last and it was amazing. I loved the food here, I had the turkey club sandwich with bacon and he had the soup and panini. I bought a brownie and cookie for dessert. Both were delicious. I will be back!

The worst food ever. Greasy and poor presentation. I ordered a burger and I dont know what it was. I asked specifically for wheat hamburger bun and come on French bread. The burger meat was dripping oil. Youre better of at McDonalds.

This restaurant is nice. They have solid customer service and good Italian beef sandwiches. The pizza is also pretty good and half price on Thursdays. A great deal The food is always hot and the brownies are by far the best.

The beef sandwich is delish with sweet peppers ,motz cheese, and red sauce. Bbq chicken pizza was really tasty. Had French frys well done with a cup of cheese sooo good. Nice size menu looking forward to trying more items !!!

The manager at this location was very helpful. My daughter ordered a salad that she ended up not liking, and he replaced it with another item of her choice. The food is ok. I prefer Portillos Beef sandwiches over Buonas.

I had a combo, it was pretty good but they were very cheap on the beef. Other places put a lot more beef. Oh yeah! The sausage was not that tasty. The Chicago style hot dogs are great, fries are great, service is great.

Beef is excellent but the sandwich I ordered from their palos location was so small I had to stop at McDonalds because I was still hungry. That never happened to me when I ordered a beef sandwich from dukes in burbank

I really wanted to like this place but the au jus is greasy and leaves that film on the beef. Maybe some prefer that, but to me its nasty. Nice strong pepper flavoring tho
