I ordered a Farmhouse salad and that is what I received. To the reviwer complaining about the peppers, you could always use your words and ask for a second cup. I get 2 hot peppers and 2 cups of salad dressing on my salad with not qualms or extra charges. But I use my words to express to people what I would like, not be passive aggressive only to complain when I dont get what I didnt vocalize. But yes, its like $11 bucks for the salad, chips and a drink. Thats the same price I pay at the Potbellys by my office downtown in the loop, so I know what to expect. I guess I could get a $6 meal at Burger King or McDs but I dont eat trash food. Its a chain but the salads are decent and theyre consistent. It is what it is. They have a guitarist at lunch on Saturdays. The place is clean and the staff is always polite/friendly.

I hate to be the one to leave a bad a review but I never been so disappointed at a potbelly location. Let me just say I ordered a med sandwich with No feta cheese! Also keep in mind this sandwich does not have chicken it is an Add on. The girl who prepped my sandwich repeated what I ordered and she asked if I wanted chicken. I SAID NO! When I received my order I did not check thinking that it was right since once again I never had a bad experience. Then come to realize I had chicken and feta cheese! I sat there for a good 10 minutes looking at it and how much I regret in not saying anything to the employees! I regret it!!!!! Ill never ever come here again!

For starters.. $11 for a sanwich, chips and a medium drink is pretty pricey. I got hot peppers on the side and it came in a cup the size of a thimble. I dont go heavy on peppers and it was not even enough for half of the sandwich. Wont be eating at any potbellys again. Im sure their overpriced, stingy portions are the same everywhere.

Ordered two sandwiches two bags of chips and bowl of soup got home to find that no chips are in the bag! So they basically stolen two bags worth of money from me! Be careful of this location!

An expensive Subway. The worker lauged when I could not find the oddly placed menu. The cashier over charged me. Sticky tables and sticky floors. Unremarkable food.
