Ive dined in, had catering or take out well over 100 times here. The service is always polite and friendly. My toddler has enjoyed eating here since 8 months old. The buffet is good especially for taking our friends and family who dont go for Indian very often, are not very familiar with Indian, if they are overwhelmed by the large menu. Spice level can be adjusted-we like hot-but there are mild dishes available too. My family likes to get the variety of naan, paneer chilly, gobi manchurian, saag (paneer and shrimp especially), korma (especially veggie), chicken madras, paneer bhurji, mango kulfi, gulab jamun, carrot halva. Cant really go wrong with the veggie dishes here. I have my favorites but have enjoyed eating through most of the menu (have not tried the egg dishes or many soups). For the heat factor, we like to get one hotter dish and one more mild or medium along with naan and rice. Seems to always balance the meal well. When I compare this to other Indian places in Lombard, Naperville and few Ive been to in Chicago, India Palace always ends up having my favorite dishes overall.

This is one of my least preferred Indian restaurants. The service is very poor. Ordered mix veg pakora, kadai panner, channa masala and roomali roti. Some of the veg pakoras were under cooked. Being an Indian, I know what roomali roti is. But it was nothing like it (it was a rolled chapatti). When I said this to the manager, he simply said "this is how it is prepared here". He didnt give a damn. If you want to have authentic Indian food and good service, please avoid this place. Gave it two stars because the other dishes were not bad. But will never go back to this place.

Ordered catering for 30 people. Food was fantastic. Chole, Lamb kebab, chicken and Samosa were great. It was tasty, hot and looked very appetizing. Owner is Mr. Rawat who is very friendly and provides great service. He actually gave us food for over 35 people. Great experience. UPDATE: Mr Rawat is running a restaurant with quality that is always consistent. He is always thinking about the customer. Samosas are incredibly tasty and not oily. It is one of most well run Indian restaurants in Chicago land.

The good...Naan and mango ice cream. The not so good...lunch buffet has little variety. Interior is somewhat lack luster. The bad...some of the main dish ingredients taste like they are from a can. Wait staff refills your water cup but not your soda, unless you ask. Summary: Quick trip to buffet filled me up but left me thinking of all the other good Indian places that have better quality ingredients and taste. If this was a pizza place, I would put it on the caliber of CiCis pizza.

This place is awful and dirty! I went for the buffet and found leftover tandoori chicken in the chicken masala. My coke was flat like a old half empty two liter. When I notified the staff she was like oh Im sorry we didnt get any more in since Friday! Seriously then why would you serve it to me in the first place? All honesty stay away from this place it makes me sick to think of what may go on in that kitchen. Judging by how dirty the walls are.

I have been to various Indian restaurants all over the country and this is by far the most delicious with a GREAT selection of dishes from all over India. The spice is always done exactly right. The rice is always fluffy and not clumpy. The service is friendly and prices are reasonable. As a connoisseur of good foods I would recommend India Palace to anyone wanting delicious food.

Great food, service, and buffet includes chicken tikka masala (a plus). Tucked away in the corner of a somewhat ugly strip mall, but once inside the ambiance is nice. This is my top spot nearby and affordable as a carryout option (big portions too). Only complaint is not much spice.

Best Indian restaurant in DuPage county, hands down. My wife and I discovered this gem after trying many of the places in Naperville and being disappointed. Excellent and extensive vegetarian selection, with many dishes not commonly found in typical north Indian restaurants.

This the worst place i have ever been. Pathetic service! We ordered Paneer along with other items and they forgot the order. Instead of apologizing the lady who is the manager was very very rude. Will never ever visit this place again. WORST WORST and WORST!

The lunch buffet is really bad. I think these people just write there own reviews. Do not believe it people. The food is cold and very bad and they do not have many items. So, its a waste of money. The rest is up to you.

Disgusting food. I literally had to throw up when I got home. Not sure what they put in the food to increase quantity. I think they use a lot of yeast that makes your stomach bulging. Will not come again.

Very very bad service and very very bad lady. She does not know how to talk to customers. Food is ok ok and quantity is very less as compared to price. This place is not worth spending your money!

I was there for a buffet on Sunday. I didnt really like it. There was little to no meat, nor much variety. The service overall and the prices were ok. Vegetarian and the dessert menu were good.

This simple restaurant is a great bargain. Excellent Indian Buffet for a very good price gives great value. Have an Indian beer while you are at it and you will be hooked on this gem.

We love going to this place for vegetarian and vegan food... they even leave the butter off the roti for us! The cabbage mutter and channa masala are spot on!

The lunch buffet is wonderful, prepare to be stuffed for the rest of the day as the good food is plentiful. It is definitely a hit for the locals.

Friendly service, great atmosphere, and excellent food. Plus the best mango lassi in the Fargo-Moorhead area to boot.
